Haggerty did a wonderful job of repairing a sizeable section of roof trim torn loose and bent in a recent wind storm. Jaime was able to repair the existing trim, avoiding usiing new material which would not have matched the faded trim. He did a great job and one would never know it had been damaged! Very reasonably priced and appreciated that they did it before the next winter storm came in.

I would recommend Haggerty Windows & Siding 10/10 times for home projects. They were by far the best quote we had received in terms of price and got back to us on that quote the quickest. Ryan was upfront with us on all things and extremely easy to work with. We did a full replacement of our roof, and when the crew ran into some major issues, Ryan got ahold of me right away and they were able to solve the problem for a minimum price. The crew that came to do the work was also exceptionally polite and worked extremely hard to get the job done as fast as they could. We then had the same experience with replacing our siding. I felt like they were looking out for my family and our home at every point of our project. If you need work done on your home, call Haggerty. They are a local, honest, family owned company that cares about the work they do and it shows.

Love the new windows they installed. The process was easy but took a while (windows were custom ordered for the openings). The install team was great, I was surprised by how quick they were able to get the old windows out and the new windows installed.

Haggerty did a fantastic job on our siding! They were thorough, great communication, and cleaned up every day. We've already gotten many compliments on it. Highly recommend them for your project!

Highly recommend Haggerty for all siding needs! We had a mishap with the grill being too close to the siding (silly us) but thankfully they were out timely and fixed quickly. We even had a laugh about it. Thank you!

We had Haggerty redo the exterior of our home a couple of years ago: roof, complete siding from removal of original siding, wrapping house & installing new siding on house & garage , all new windows in both, new sliding glass door, new soffits & downspouts , & painting foundation , to repairing the side of the garage that had extensive water damage! Each person who had a hand in this remodel/repair project was very courteous & respectful of we who live here & I especially appreciated their customer service when I did contact them about changing the direction of a downspout or anything else, I was greeted with courtesy & prompt attention to my request. I highly recommend them!!

We are very happy with our siding project through Haggerty! Good honest company who doesn’t have you put money down for your project. You pay in full when the job is done! The workers were polite and kept things clean, communication was great, great quality, and the price was right in the middle of all the quotes we got (and we got a lot of quotes)! Just one thing was off, and they worked to make it right, the painters were quite sloppy at the end of the project.

We used this company to remodel three bathrooms, put on a new roof, install new windows, siding, gutters, paint our house, and rebuild the deck. The quality of their workmanship and their strong customer service makes this company easy to work with. They listened to what we wanted, gave us great suggestions, and then continued to give us advice throughout the entire remodel job. We have been very happy with the results, and I would highly recommend that you give them a chance to bid on all of your home remodeling projects. I will use only them for any future remodeling I do on my home.

Called for a free consultation. Sales guy said he would call back with a time he could come out. Never called. We called back and he said he would come take a look last week. He asked that we leave pictures of what we were wanting on the door step and he would grab the photos and take a look at our property without "disturbing us." No show, no call. Super unimpressed.

The team at Haggerty was great. They quickly responded after my initial email with a site visit and the quote was put together very timely. The project went smoothly and the work was done well. They checked in frequently, were available for questions and their work crews were professional, timely and their work was excellent. We love the brick work on the pillars and below the window!

Contracted Haggerty to replace soffit, fascia, and gutters. Mike was friendly when he came for an estimate and throughout the process. The work was done within a week of starting, which I greatly appreciated. Very happy with the finished product.

Haggerty Siding & Windows delivered everything they said they would. first the excellent crew installed our beautiful siding in 1 1/2 weeks. They were very detail oriented. 2nd, the gutter crew installed matching gutters in less than a day. 3rd, the railing guy came and installed new railing on the front porch. 4th, the paint crew came and painted the garage door and foundation all around the house same color as the siding. We also had three new windows installed on the back side of the house. Mike, Dan, & Ryan Haggerty are the BEST in all that they do and say. If your looking for EXCELLENCE this is the company to call.

Haggerty replaced our hail damaged roof. The work was done quickly and professionally. The crew knew what they were doing and did not waste time. They arrived early, 6:30 am, wasted no time getting to work, the old roof was off before noon and they were finished before 4:00 pm. The clean up was exceptional. I highly recommend them for roofing jobs. We have used Haggerty for several different jobs over the last 8 years and have been happy with all their work.

THEY HAVE SINCE FINISHED THE UNCOMPLETED WORK TO MY SATISFACTION. GOT BETTER WITH THE COMMUNICATION TOO AS THE OWNER INVOLVED HIMSELF. RAISING THE REVIEW FROM 1 TO 3 STARS AS A RESULT.

On balance, not a good experience with Haggerty. Will try and be factual and objective, but realize the later may be hard to do. I was referred to them by a trusted co-worker after hail damage to my roof. The company quickly sent out an inspector, they proved a quote and the work was approved by our insurance company. We selected the materials and colors and delivery of the materials was timely. The work was started in November of 2019 - note I said started but not finished.

The roof went on quickly and though there were a few corrections needed, it went as well as could be expected. Four downspouts that were to be replaced weren’t, and remain that way to this day - over 9 months later. Additionally, they didn’t replace the leaf guards in all areas of the gutters and several gutters were clogged with roofing debris, which continues to cause overflow issues and is damaging the landscape below. Finally, they left the yard in a troubling state of cleanliness due to the amount of debris, tacks and roofing nails left behind. To this day, I continue to pick nails out of the yard and only hope my dog doesn’t get one.

This spring, we contacted them about finishing and they were most apologetic. Yet, nothing happened despite multiple exchanges of emails. We had been holding back $5,000 until the work was completed but in a gesture of good faith, I paid them $4,000 (wish I hadn’t now). They finally sent a guy out to measure the downspouts and look at the missing gutter guards. And despite his good attitude and promises, we still don’t have the work completed. We were told that since ours was such a small job, it was hard to get attention to it (of course, when the project was initiated it wasn’t a small job).

I’ve informed Haggerty management that regardless of whether they finalize the work or not, I would not be releasing the final $1,000 due to the extreme delay, though I hoped as a Des Moines based company that prides itself on referrals and doing the right thing, they would act responsibly and complete the work. That has not happened and I will now need to hire another company to complete the work (and then it’s likely a small claims suit to recover the difference in costs).

In good conscience I can’t recommend this company, and that is unfortunate as they nearly got it right. But they really got it wrong in the end.

I purchased new windows and I’m very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. They kept the work site very clean and neat and started and finished the project on time.i would highly recommend them for all remodeling projects.

They also pointed us in the direction of a good place for shower glass installation as well. Very professional business and we'll be going back for siding and maybe deck work in the future.

Haggerty Windows & Siding replaced my hail damaged trim and installed new gutters this past fall. I was impressed with their work so I also had them install a casement window that needed replaced. Everything they have done looks wonderful. Dan checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work both times. I highly recommend.

I love my new windows. The process was easy from bid, to measurement, to picking out the product, and installation. Ryan was very knowledgeable and great and easy to work with! I had an idea for my kitchen window and he helped choose the right one for me and my needs. The installers were very clean and efficient and friendly as well. The only thing that could have improved was the clean up on the outside, I found handfuls of screws on the ground below the windows. In their defense there was snow on the ground so was probably hard to see. Ryan came and inspected the work and made sure I was happy with the product. Highly recommend this family business!!

Aaron’s crew did our siding. They were awesome, they cleaned up everything each day, they asked if it was ok to move their scaffolding to the deck in case we needed to use it that evening. Very nice guys! The crew that did our windows (replaced 5 and a huge family window all in one day) did a great job, should us how they worked. would HIGHLY recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about Haggerty! We got our siding replaced by them and hope to get future projects done by them as well. First, the employees are all incredibly kind and respectful. They picked up after themselves each day, were friendly when we came home, and got things done in a timely manner. I like the fact that we were charged what we initially agreed upon so there were no surprises when we got the bill. Haggerty is a very honest company and does quality work. They came to do an estimate for me on what turned out to be a minor siding repair. They fixed it on the spot and didn't even charge me. It was a wonderful Christmas present!
