I've had such a positive experience with H & H Exteriors I don't know where to start. I reached out to them with a siding project that had a bit of a time crunch, and another company had already turned the project down. They did a fantastic job, they went above and beyond, the work looks great, and they finished way ahead of my deadline. Every time I spoke with them they were friendly and professional. Their quote for work gave me so many options for style, quality of materials used and cost, allowing me to pick options that made sense for my project and budget and it was still very reasonably priced. They take comprehensive measurements of your whole property in the event they do more work for you in the future, its all already in their system. My projects been completed for a week or two now and I'm already reaching out to them again to get some windows replaced. If you need any exterior work you can't go wrong with this company!

Excellent work on the siding job recently completed during some very cold days. Jose’s crew was very thoughtful to check in with me about rehanging lighting fixtures and some design questions. I also appreciated his coordination with his crew so we could let our dogs outside throughout the day while his crew worked in the backyard/dog pen area. Very nice folks! Had windows and doors replaced with much rotting wood. They stayed until the job was done ahead of a rain storm. Trim work looks great with matching colored aluminum covering. Very pleasant, professional and courteous.

H&H recently did our siding and a few windows. The process of getting a quote and selecting options was easy, the work started earlier than estimated, and the crew was quick and efficient (working late days and even one Saturday). We're happy with the finished product!

We have remodeled three houses and have had various terrible experiences with different contractors. It is tough to find companies to trust to work on your house. H&H was fantastic and I am so glad we went with them. Their estimate was similar to others we were quoted so I felt it was a fair price for a big home project. The process to get a quote was shockingly smooth and Bob was really helpful helping us find ways to save money, pick colors and choose extra details. The turnaround time was great, the project started right when planned and the crew was fantastic. They were extremely respectful and hard working, they showed up early and stayed late for weeks until everything was perfect. Bob was there off and on to check on things and there was always someone to answer questions. One or two minor things weren’t quite what I expected (could have been my own fault) but they worked with me to fix everything with no fuss which is the true sign of a true reputable company. I would absolutely work with them again and will be calling in a few years when we need to do the roof! The before and after pictures speak for themselves.

To add more to my house of the mistakes that h&h exterior has done. I sent two messages to Bob about nails pushing out my siding and he will not get in touch with me to address it. Now I have to higher a professional to come and fix his mistakes. Not reliable and professional. Sending a couple of samples of work he does. This has been going on for 8 months

We had H&H Exteriors replace the roof on our house in the summer of 2023, and were very pleased with the result. The old roof was removed, areas of rainwater leaks were repaired, and the new roof was placed in a very timely manner. It looks pretty, and is much more efficient and functional than before.

Later the same summer we had H&H come out again to remove and replace the siding on our house. They quickly and efficiently removed the old, damaged siding and installed new and beautiful siding on the house. We had already starting getting compliments on the house before the work was fully complete - such an amazing and beautiful difference.

The staff and work crews on both projects were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and highly skilled. We continue to be very happy with the quality of work, and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done.

We contracted H&H Exteriors to install roofing, siding and a couple replacement windows. The project included our home, detached garage and over sized shed. The whole process went smoothly; ending result are Beautiful. I'm part of a team that build sets at The Village Players in Wolfeboro. H&H Exteriors chipped in their own money and donated materials to finish our set for the play Extremities. They truly are a community based great company. Maybe that's why they've been in business 20+ years.

We had our house sided by H & H Exteriors and were very happy with the results. Abraham came on 4/30/25 to make an adjustment needed on one small strip of siding the nene partially loose in our heavy winds on our elevated property. Abraham did an excellent job of making adjustments needed. We are grateful for the prompt and professional response given to our need for adjustments.

We got our roof done by H&H. They were great to work with. Addressed all questions no problem. Were very friendly and the crew that was here working cleaned up very nicely and they got our whole house done in one day. They worked 7am-7pm! nothing but great things to say.

Used H&H exterior to install new siding on my home for 29k. Very poor workmanship took 4 weeks to do the job. Panels were falling off the house. Panels were buckling. If you like cigarettes butts all over your yard. They are very good at that. All Bob cared about was getting is finally payment. Did not care how I felt about the job. Had to call 4 times to have Bob come back and fix all there mistakes. Would never recommend them to anyone

When The Scenic Theatre, Home of Pittsfield Players community theatre group, experienced fire damage to our vinyl siding and fire door in April of 2022, we reached out for some bids regarding replacement. We were lucky enough that H&H Exteriors, who put up the original siding over 20 years ago, was still in business and ready to accommodate. While we were told we might have to wait a year for their schedule to free up, Bob Hetu and I kept in close contact regarding the possible availability of fitting our work as now we were not only damaged but also sitting next to a burned out building which is not really good for business. Well, H&H came through with flying colors! They were able to move the job up 6 months and we now have a new fire door and siding has been replaced. The estimate was reasonable and the team professional. We appreciate using a local company that we have used before and can trust. The Pittsfield Players and H&H Exteriors know the importance of "the show must go on!" and would recommend this company for whatever your needs.

After our old siding started peeling off in the wind and a part of our roof started leaking, we new we needed to do something. My husband found H&H online, and I'm so glad we went with them. They replaced the shingle roof, siding, and trim.

From the beginning the process has been straightforward and pleasant. Bob was great! He was honest and open about the options we had from the initial visit, all the way through to the end. (Some of the siding options were not available due to supply chain issues, and some roofing options were not available because the company wasnt making them currently). We were able to add to the project until the start date, which was great because we were able to afford more of what we wanted closer to the start. At the initial visit, he went through all of the options with a handy bag full of samples so we could see and touch the product for ourselves. He wasn't pushy, and wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive items, which I always appreciate. He explained everything clearly so we could understand all options and was very up front about the cost of each, which helped us make the best decisions for ourselves. From the first correspondence to the last, communication was clear, prompt, and honest. Any and all questions were answered, and if I needed more clarity, I got it with no hesitation or issue. They worked with us when we had a scheduling conflict and we were able to find the right time to get the job done. Their ability to work with customers goes above and beyond!

The roof was finished faster than we anticipated and looks amazing. We found out there was little to no weather stripping on the roof as it stood prior to H&H coming out, so it's a relief to know the job has been done correctly and the leak is gone!! The siding is beautiful, they did a thorough job. They replaced the porch light with the new one we bought and made sure to clean up after the job was done. If we thought something didnt look quite right, or somwthing was missed, we could bring it up and it was taken care of. Luckily, there were very few instances like this. We are very happy with the results and feel lucky that we found H&H. Its like we're living in a diffrent house! We're in love with the color and have gotten so many compliments! The brand they sell, CertainTeed, comes with warranties that make you feel confident in the amount you spend. That, along with a job very well done, makes it worth every penny!

I had H&H put on a new roof three years ago. After much research and after meeting with Bob the decision to go with H&H was a no brainer. A month ago I noticed a leak in my garage ceiling which appeared to be following my burner exhaust pipe. I contacted H&H and they had someone out within the week and the leak was repaired. I'd highly recommend H&H Exteriors without reservation. Thanks again.

Bob and the crew from H&H replaced our shingled roof with some great new CertainTeed shingles. They showed up in the morning and were done by mid-day! Admittedly, it was not a huge section of roof, but they were fast, professional, and even helped us try to check line of sight clearance for satellite internet while they were up there (there's an app, but you have to use it where the dish would go, and I don't have sufficient ladder length to get up there myself). We have them coming back in the spring to replace the siding, too. Very happy with the work and the experience over all.

I contracted with h and h in June to do the siding - they said October at the latest they did not return calls or emails after repeated tries - when the product finally came (3months late) they dropped it in my yard and garage and then told me I couldn’t have the “extra” product because that wasn’t part of what I paid for ... they were also 2x more expensive then other companies I interviewed and I went with them
as they claimed there would be no product delays- we had to do lots of extra work they claimed they would do as part of our estimate - they left my house without siding, tyvek, insulation for 4 months and I called and emailed repeatedly with no return contact. I now need to clean up cigarette butts and nails
