Gwinn's Siding & Window Company

Bought siding and a whole house full of windows with a "lifetime warranty". I guess they assumed we wouldn't live very long. They are nice as pie until they get your money. Service after the sale is non-existent! You can call, and call and contact over and over. They will always be friendly and promise to check and call back. But they never will and your broken window never gets replaced! I can't get my Certificate of Occupancy because of them and I don't know what to do. I guess I will have to go the the State Board to file a Complaint to get any action or sue them. I don't understand why they do business this way! It is NOT RIGHT! How can they stay in business if they don't take care of their customers? I do not recommend!

They always treat me good. There work has been better than i thought it could ever be. They use the best materials. I have used them for 10 years and i trust Roger and Rob. I will not go anywhere else. -Marlon

I can only say that the salesman spoke with me as soon as I arrived & He gave me information that I needed.

After repairing the siding and roof after a tree had fallen, the workers brushed off all of the dead leaves and branches into my mulched flower beds. I came home to this on Wednesday of 4th of July weekend. I asked the guys if they were going to clean this up - they said they would return. Next day- Thursday still a mess!

I called the office. The guy I talked to basically laughed at me, not really his problem. But he did say he would send them back to clean it up- still waiting.

Needless to say I am furious!!! I did not ask them to clean off the roof! Why would you brush everything off into flower beds? I am sure this would be unacceptable at the owner's home! If you have debris on your roof- you will find it in your yard!! TERRIBLE!!!

Called about getting my metal roof worked on to be told that they only install them, they apparently don’t have the skill to work on them after that. The owner said they are “too difficult” and wrongfully assumed I wasn’t the home owner and refused to give me his name and number again when I asked (SHADY). Yikes. Be wary of these people.

I would call them to come out and fix things that their crew members broke or things that were unfinished, they would tell me they were coming out and i wouldn't hear from them for days and they would not answer the phone. For the amount of money they were paid for this job i think this is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend them for large projects at all. A two-week job turned into two or three months. I have pictures and we are still not happy with their work. My husband will end up finishing the things that they did not.
