They made me pay the deposit through Zelle and then they tried to double the price from $900 to $1800 for “extra” unforeseen work. I did the work myself and then they never showed up to actually install the gutters. I’m unable to get my deposit of $285.00 back because I paid them thought Zelle. DO NOT PAY THEM THROUGH ZELLE! This is a scam.

Also nothing I said above is false and as you can see from the response from the owner below calling me a coward, you probably don’t want to work with a company that scams and lies and name calls.

We have a 90'x30' cover in back, and a portion of it collapsed during a heavy rain storm. After much research and interviews, we chose Julio and JL Remodeling to replace it. He welds all the joints and showed us examples of his work. This attention to a critical detail is what made us choose JL Remodeling. His crew did the most amazing job of building a strong new cover with welded joints that are also bolted with big stainless steel bolts. Their men showed up every morning as promised and worked long hot days in July for 2 weeks. It's beautiful, solid, a great price for what he had to do, and we are so happy we found him and JL Remodeling! Thank you, Julio!

These guys had a competitive quote and did a great job on the installation. One minor issue was very quickly rectified and with a smile. Definitely recommend.

First of all, our gutters look GREAT! The process used to create the gutters results in perfectly fitting and seamless gutters. The crew that came out were very efficient with taking down the old and installing the new and took away all the old gutters. They also found a line with missing flashing and installed that after informing us of the need, what the additional cost would be, and getting our okay. All along the way the communication was quick and they were able to book our job after roofing work took place. We highly recommend Gutters Tech!

This crew did a few jobs on both of my properties. They always do quality work in a timely manner.

I had Lance and his crew replace gutters and siding on my house. They did excellent work and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and will have them do work in the future when needs arise.

My experience was excellent with JL Remodeling...I received Gutter Installation in November 2023.They were knowledgeable with the colors to accent the color of your home..I also receive quotes on Screen in Patio/Carport that are very reasonable where the owner and also associate Rudy came to make sure measurements were accurate.Thanks so much.

Roofing, and roof is still leaking today, Spoke with over after job was done nine months to a year later because I suppose to had life time warranty with company, and refuse to work with me because insurance company sent check with deductible taken out. Installed my gutters very quickly and did a great job. Quote was very fair and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them :)

What a terrible experience. Be ready for no call, no show when appointments are scheduled. No apology when it was acknowledged that the appointment was missed. When the job was finally installed, it looked horrible. They came out again (after yet another no call no show appointment was missed), to offer a solution and I never heard back from them again. That attitude from one of the managers / owner Deyvid is just as bad as their service.

I needed to move a gutter downspout and called a dozen gutter service companies most of whom didn't want to be bothered and never returned my calls and one guy who had the nerve to give me a $600.00 estimate. Some said they would only work on gutters they installed; Then I discovered Gutters Tech a part of JL Remodeling- They were fantastic-sent a young man to give me an estimate which was emailed to me this next day and gave me a veterans discount and a price of less than $200.00. The four man crew came at 8:30 am a week later and were finished in one hour and did a fantastic job!!!! They are THE BEST!! 5 STARS!

After the chaos of hurricane Zeda, this company was my saving grace! Finally got that blue tarp off of my roof, but I most appreciated the open communication. David was my point of contact and I always knew exactly what was happening to my property and when! Highly recommend!

I recently called JL Remodeling to get a quote on new guttering for my home. David was very polite, extremely knowledgeable about all of their products, and made the process of scheduling an estimate a breeze. Called and had an appointment set up to have an estimate done on closing in my back porch. The day of the appointment they were running over 45 minutes late so I called and was told they would have to reschedule it then gentleman who is supposed to do it would not be in town. When I scheduled the appointment she made sure to make sure I would be home because of the holiday. And then they proceed to ask me to reschedule the appointment for Friday to take another day off of work just very disappointed that I lost out on a whole day of work and still have not got an estimate would never recommend them to anyone very unprofessional

I would like to recommend this company. After Zeta, I had some damage to my guttering. They were very busy of course and I had to make an appointment. I live in Hancock County. Most of their work is done in the New Orleans area. They came out and replaced my guttering. Later I noticed I had a problem and I called. They said if I would be patient the next time they were in my area they would repair the guttering. Approximately three months later they called came out and not only did they repair the leak in the guttering they re-checked all connections.
I was very excited that they came out and took care of the problem. Very professional young men and the company did what they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend them

I just completed a total makeover of the exterior of my home on Bayou St. John. I am extremely impressed with Rafael and his team. I did not have exterior plans and he gave me beautiful design ideas which were implemented to perfection. They used Hardie primarily for the siding, soffit and fascia, as well as fiber cement beaded board in my carport and rear porches. I am a perfectionist and can honestly say that the quality and craftsmanship of the work is outstanding, and their pricing very fair. I also sincerely appreciated Rafael’s patience as he explained in detail which materials and styles were best for the job. I’m looking forward to working with JL for my gutters as well as on future projects.

The serviceman seemed knowledgeable, he was professional and pleasant. I've used this company before and am now considering gutters for my home.

Horrible Customer Service, called for a quote which I scheduled two weeks in advance. Called twice the morning of the scheduled appointment to confirm the noon appointment, which was confirmed twice by the front office. Left work to arrive at site for noon, no one showed, called company 25 minutes into the supposed appointment (12:25 pm) and they asked to push the appointment until 4:15 pm the same day. I wish there was a selection for no stars. Do not call this company unless you would liked to be given the run around and have your time wasted. What a waste of time ....

Called and scheduled a 1pm appointment for an estimate of repair work on gutters. At 1:15 there was no technician so I called the office. The receptionist called the owner and then let me know that he'd arrive around 2pm.

I took time away from work to meet this company at my house, and not only did they not show as scheduled but didn't bother to let me know there would be a delay.

I cancelled the appointment with JL and have moved on to another service provider.

I had my soffit and facia done first, and I have to say that Rafael and his crew were excellent! Very respectful, and even gave good design ideas on the front of my house. There is a slight language barrier when dealing with Rafael and a few members of his crew, but it wasn’t that bad. I can’t say enough good things about the vinyl crew.

The gutters were exactly what I ordered and expected. There was a little confusion between the gutter crew and the vinyl crew on the vinyl completion, but it was only a 1 day delay. The gutter crew is pretty hard to understand, but they are very polite and respectful. They don’t waste any time! They show up on the job, knock it out(correct and safe), and they’re gone!

Overall, this was an excellent overall experience! I didn’t have to pay anything up front, and I even waited 2 weeks to make my payment(insure no leaks, and nothing bad that I didn’t notice). They never called me once about payment, and they probably wouldn’t care if I waited longer. They’re great people to deal with, they do superb work, they’re reasonably priced, and they show up when they say they are! I WOULD GIVE 6 STARS IF I COULD!

I called JL Remodeling to get pricing on replacing some gutters. Julio Carvalho came provided a quote. The pricing was competitive. We set up the appointment two weeks out (they mentioned that if it rain...then the appointment would be pushed out another day).

The day of the installation the crew came and started on the installation. They were accommodating to a few details we had requested. The gutters look good.
We are happy the results and will call them again!!

They did a fantastic job on our gutters. I recommend them to anyone who wants home improvements or new gutters installed on their home.
