I’ve known Jaden for a while and I’ve always known him to be very hard working, reliable, and easy to work with. He’s a good communicator and is a great problem solver. He’ll get any job done, make sure it’s done correctly, and to your liking!

Gurr Brothers was so great to work with. Jaden was always following up and making sure I knew what was happening and when. The work we had him do was completed quickly and very very well. I would absolutely work with Jaden and Gurr again. Amazing customer service.

I have yet to be anything short of amazed by the quality of service from Gurr Brothers. Jaden Hendrickson helped me out and not only thoughtfully listened to all my questions and concerns, but carefully asked follow ups to ensure I got the best level of service possible and that I would taken care of. Clearly an expert in his field, I will be using him and Gurr Brothers for all my needs going forward.

Jaden was the project manager assigned to us at Gurr Brothers. He was ON TOP of it. Calling me almost bi-daily with updates on the project of getting my bathroom repaired after a water loss we had in November. If schedule changed, he’d call me and let me know ahead of time. Didn’t have to worry about if I was going to get blindsided with a no show. They had their Gopher, Josh stop by about once a week to make sure the sub-contractors had the supplies they needed. Would 100% recommend this company for any reconstruction inquiries you might have!

I really don't like to write negative reviews, but I cannot recommend this company. We did not have them do a roofing job, so I can't speak to that. They did the rebuilding after our basement flooded from a water heater that leaked. Maybe that's not their area of expertise, but we just had a really bad experience. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. We would speak with our project manager Kyle and he would say someone would be there at a certain time the next day. The next day would come and no one would show up, no one would call or text to say they would be late or not coming after all. Just nothing. We would reach out multiple times by phone and text and no response for hours.

I understand that things happen. Jobs take longer than expected, etc. I think I'm a pretty reasonable guy. But they just did not extend the courtesy of communicating that they wouldn't come. Finally we would get a call or text back hours later and they would reschedule for a certain time the next day. We would then often have to rearrange work schedules, etc. to accommodate, and the same thing would happen the next day, no call, no text, just no one showed up. Consequently, what was a fairly small project dragged on for many more weeks than it needed to.

After the painting was finally "completed" it was one sloppy coat done by an assistant who clearly didn't know what he was doing. He cleaned up all of the plastic, etc. as though it was done and left. I had to complain and they did send back some subcontractors who did a good job on the painting. Unfortunately, and I don't know if it was the first or the second painter, but there are multiple places where we have dried paint in our relatively new carpet. I would expect better from "pros."

Based on other reviews, it looks like they do a good job with roofing projects, but if you are in need of a renovation contractor after a flood, I would look elsewhere.

Samuel was very accommodating and came out three times to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Nice man and and helped me out a lot.

Samuel got back to me within a day of messaging the company through Google. He came the next day and was fully prepared to fix the few shingles that had blown off in the recent wind storms. He was very nice and got everything taken care of very quickly. Five stars for Gurr Brothers.

Worked with Sam on getting our roof fixed. It was leaking In 2 different spots above the garage. We had multiple local contractors to cache valley come and bid the job, but none of them could really explain to me on how they were going to fix it. One of those contractors even tried to get me to replace all of my siding, saying that was the problem.
When Sam showed up from Gurr brothers he was very professional and was able to pinpoint the problem and explain to me why it was leaking. He even grabbed some flashing from his truck to show me exactly how they were going to fix it. The crew that showed up did an awesome job! Finishing in one day, and leaving the job cleaner than they found it! They were able to match the new shingles with the old ones. I Will definitely recommend Sam and his crew to anyone I know.

I had a small leak in the ceiling and called Gurr Brothers based on Google rating and reviews. This was 4pm on a Thursday and Samuel swung by at 650pm to take a look. Not only did he mitigate the issue temporarily, we now we have a longer term plan (swamp cooler replacement vent was issue) to fix. Super friendly and nice! Highly recommend!
