I had a great experience with Tim. He came out to my home for a shingle repair and was incredibly nice, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything from A to Z, making sure I understood exactly what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. You can tell right away that he knows his stuff. He’s clearly experienced and takes pride in his work. It’s not every day you come across someone this honest and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

I only have nice things to say about Tim.
He is super nice, explains everything in details, is willing to work with you, not pushing anything on you. And super responsive.
Came to fix a leak on my roof the next day, explaining very clearly what needed to be done to my roof.
I would also use him as my roof inspector if I were to buy a new house, because you can tell he really knows his stuffs.

Great experience with Guns&Hoses! Tim came out on schedule as promised and gave us a couple of options on a small roof repair. He gave his honest opinion on different options and was able to do the repairs on the spot and very quickly! We ended up spending even less money than anticipated for the repair. The roof is due to be replaced soon, but with Tim's honest advice and expertise, we hope we can defer that for a little while. Highly recommended!

We purchased a house in 2019 and were told in the inspection that the roof had up to 5 years of life left. We got some estimates to replace and were told that we needed it yesterday so we were a bit dubious because Our last home we purchased in 1994 and sold in 2015, we got the same song and dance about the roof should be replaced ASAP. We have a saying...if its broke, don't replace it, try to fix it first. Enter Tim. We had a leak and wanted to see if it could be repaired. He did a great inspection, found two spots that could be the problem and sealed them. He said the roof had lots of life left and to let him know if we have any further problems and he would do his best to help us keep this roof and will let us know when it is time to replace it. We have not had a problem since and the roof is doing great. I appreciate Tim's ethics and the good job he did for us. I am not so impressed with the folks who came out and said we were living on borrowed time with our "horrible awful terrible" roof. Sadly, Tim is retired from actually doing new roofs but besides repairs he has a service to be your advocate when you do need to get a new roof. He will sit in on the proposal and will be on site during the install to make sure it is done correctly.and I will definitely take him up on that when the time comes.

Tim is the man! Roof sprung a leak, he was out within two hours of my call. A true craftsman in what he does. Perfect company for all your roof fixing needs! He found a few other things while he was up on the roof and fixed those before they became a problem as well. Tim is the guy for roof repairs around metro Detroit!

Tim came out to my house and found my roof leak right away. My neighbor recommended me this company and I’m glad I called. Very professional company and even fixed my roof the same day.

My neighbors tree lost a branch in that storm a few weeks ago (8/04/2022). Well it was on my roof for over 2 weeks until they could get someone out. I called Guns and Hoses Roofing and Tim came out the same day. After he fixed the damage he looked around and saw where the branches damaged a bunch of shingles. He did not offer to repair the whole roof because he's done with that work. So I got an honest opinion from someone who knows roofs and isn't trying to sell me a big job.

We called this company to get a repair quote for minor animal damage to our roof. Tim came out the very next day and repaired our roof in less than an hour! He was efficient, friendly, on time, and professional. I’d definitely recommend this company for repairs!

Tim is the best! I had 5 other guys out and they could not fix the leak on my rubber roof. Tim came and took his time and solved the problem. He is the master of his profession.

Had a roof leak near a plumbing vent. It was hard to determine exactly where the leak was at. Tim came out and repaired the roof. The repair was top notch, replaced water barrier and shingles along with the vent. Looked wonderful. Also had Tim add two bathroom vents to the roof and he gave a lot of great advice about proper ventilation of the fans. He also went over all of the other pipes and vents and caulked them. Will definitely call again if I have any future problems.

Tim was exceptional and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roof repair! I had some roof damage during one of the recent wind storms. Upon returning from a business trip, I had roof shingles scattered in my yard and also noticed shingles were starting to peel back on my actual roof. I called Tim and he arrived to my house, and provided me with an estimate, within an hour of me calling him. I gave the "go ahead" and he was done that afternoon. Tim also went above and beyond by applying sealant to problem areas. He also explained everything very clearly. Again, if you are ever in need of roof repair, please call these guys!
