They were a dream team from start to finish. From project management to senior skilled carpenters and precise execution on every aspect of our renovation. And on top of that they were a pleasure to have around. Respectful, kind, friendly and at the same time heads down working hard from 7:30 to 4:30 every day as I said worth waiting for because when they start, it’s not sporadic they are with you every day until the job is done!

And then, of course there’s the outcome and as I said it exceeded our expectations! We are elated and thrilled with the result of our beautiful new kitchen, coffered ceilings, and family room!!! I think the pics speak for themselves!

Two years ago, we chose Gulick &Co to take on the total rebuild and redesign of our home. The project was not without challenges significantly complicated by the alignment of our project and the sudden growth of Gulick & Co. The quality of workmanship was never a question, their team of professionals, really are the best! The results are topnotch from the doorknobs to the mitered corners on our new barn. We highly recommend Gulick & CO … you just won’t find better workmanship.

Over the years, I have witnessed Peter's company grow from the humble beginnings of a small niche historic and architectural craftsman to a multi-faceted home-building and remodeling enterprise. When it was my turn to inquire if my restoration project was too small for them, there was never even a hint of unwillingness or lack of enthusiasm to take it on. The results reflected the same craftsmanship of his early days and his staff were a pleasure to work with. And, to those more conservative consumers, Peter and Travis remained attentive to budgetary concerns and even offered several options during the project with price in mind. I think the ultimate compliment is when someone asks, "Would you use them again?"--my response would be "without hesitation"--and with the highest recommendation.

Can’t recommend Gulick highly enough. Travis was a calm voice throughout a large renovation of our home in Madison. He was creative with solutions when we needed to pivot, transparent with pricing, and hustled to get the project done on time. The house came out better than we could have imagined.

We had a 100% positive experience with Gulick & Co. when adding a second floor guest room on top of a single story porch in an antique Cape Cod style house. They selected appropriate and good quality windows, and managed to convert two odd closets into an accessible hallway, in spite of elevation challenges. All work was completed on time and according to the anticipated budget. All of the various contractors were a pleasure to work with.

Our experience working with the entire Gulick team was top notch! We are thrilled with the quality of their craftsmanship and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. They are honest and professional. Renovating an entire house remotely requires a high degree of trust in a contractor and there is no better choice then Gulick!
