David and Taylor did an excellent job. David is a perfectionist and will only use best quality materials. The pricing was very fair and had very good communication on when they will begin. I would highly recommend only using them for your roof work as they are honest and do great work. Our house was in the path of the recent Bedford/Rutherford tornado and there was zero roof damage on my 2 month old roof due to their quality installation.

This is my second time using him and was beyond happy with communication and quality of work. My trampoline flew out of my yard and hit my neighbor‘s house, damaging his roof and gutters and David came out within the week and repaired it all! Highly recommended

Very pleased. 1) Guardado returned my phone call. 2) They showed up when they said they would for the quote. 3) Their price was very competitive. 4) The roof came with a workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer warranty. 5) They are bonded, licensed, and insured. 6) They showed up when they said they would for installation. 7) They did the whole tear-off and installation in one day (I don’t have a basic, easy roof). It’s hard to find good service these days, but Guardado made the process really easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Such a wonderful experience! David and his crew did an amazing job, so quick and efficient! One of my security cameras got damaged accidentally and they made it right immediately. I loved their work so much I had them back out to install gutter guards. Not only were they quick on the install the price was very good compared to others I had gotten earlier. After install David comes himself to check the work and make sure any issues are addressed if needed. They clean up when leaving and you can’t tell they were here except a pristine new roof. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs roofing done

David & Taylor walked us through every step of the process, from filing an insurance claim, to ordering the desired color materials for the roof and gutters, to transforming our home into the vision we had for a new look. They were patient as we took our time to make selections and answered all of our questions promptly. The team showed up on time and worked hard to make repairs to our chimney, install the new roof, and install new gutters. The team even stayed when done to make sure clean up was done properly and no nails or other sharp materials were left behind. We are very pleased with the work done and love the new look of our home.

Had a couple of different companies come to fix a roof leak around a gas exhaust pipe at my house. They failed. Called this guy and issue is resolved. Top notch. Great communication throughout. No surprises Will call again when I need a roofer.

These guys are the best, no doubt about it!! They don't use junk and they don't do junk! They replaced my old roof & gutters and transformed the look of my home! Guardado Roofing did an excellent job on my rental properties after the storm damages of this year. One house required repair, and the other a new roof. Their service was excellent, they kept me advised of all progress, including drone footage, and provided me with all the paperwork for warranty. I have known the owner since he was a high school student, and he is a born businessman. Quality first, and prices were quite affordable. Best outfit in the county!.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Guardado Roofing! This is the most professional, responsible company I have had the pleasure to do business with in years (maybe decades)! David, Taylor and all their employees are on the top of their game. I had been putting off getting a new roof for at least a year, mainly because I knew what a hassle and disappointing process it was probably going to turn out to be. My roof replacement involved a tear off of two layers of old roofing and underlayment, along with the removal of old inferior power vents; combined with shingle replacement on what is a fairly steep pitch roof. The job Guardado did was stellar and top notch! They did not cut any corners. They did the job right, using ALL NEW synthetic underlayment, ice & water membranes in all the valleys, step-flashing, never-leak pipe boots, drip edge, and installation of a superior ridge venting system. I didn't realize what an inferior roofing job I had had done 17 years earlier until I saw a roofing job done right. They were here EXACTLY when they were scheduled to be here, and there were absolutely no surprises. There clean up was fantastic. And.... the price was $6000 less than what I was really expecting. I CAN FULLY RECOMMEND GUARDADO ROOFING! You will not be disappointed.

Needed a cricket installed because of water damage. From start to finish, the crew was fantastic. We are a young couple, which I have found people take advantage of....not this company though... David was super up front, not pushy and gave us a honest price. We scheduled the work and had it finished same day. Will be using for our future needs!

So thankful to have found Guardado Roofing. I had many estimates from different companies however none of them were as thorough as David was with the inspection. His presentation to go over the estimate included pictures, videos, and a very detailed report. This really made us feel confident in our decision to move forward. This was a very large investment for our family and it’s a relief that David and his team followed through with every detail as promised.

Was having trouble getting anyone to come out and fix the small problem on our roof. I was referred to Guardados roofing and was given a very fair price with a pleasant experience. When they left you couldn't even tell they had been there (cleaned up nicely) Will refer to others.

Guardado Roofing replaced my roof in July. David Guardado did the roof inspection, met the insurance adjuster and explained the damage and need for full replacement. He is very knowledgeable and his focus is on doing the work needed and not overcharging. I found him and his team to be professional, prompt and proficient. Upon completion of the work, they left my property as tidy as it was when they began the installation.

Taylor was the glue that held the entire process together. She communicated early, often and clearly to me, the insurance company and Guardado roofing to ensure everything that needed to happen happened.

I highly recommend GUARDADO Roofing. I got 3 quotes and theirs was the cheapest. But it was really their professionalism when they came out to prepare the quote, and communicating the quote and process that led me to choose them. I could tell these guys are workers, and I was right. I received a good price, highly quality work from a team with a great work ethic and professionalism.

Had some issues with losing shingles do to high winds. Guardado Roofing responded and was quick with an estimate, very reasonable. The work was fantastic and David was personable and a pleasure to work with. Guardado is the ONLY roofing company I will ever use moving forward. Our roof was obviously hurried when the builder built our home and although I hope I'm out of the woods, I know that David will take care of me should anything else arise.

We used Guardado Roofing a month ago. Owner David was super responsive with any questions we had prior to deciding to use them. Pricing was very reasonable, service was outstanding, David and his crew were professional- arrived early each morning and cleaned up the yard each day. David also did a follow phone call after the first rain storm to make sure every was ok. We highly recommend Guardado Roofing.

Guardado removed old roof and replaced with new roof, I had some damage to the wood under the shingles they replaced damaged decking, installed extra ventilation in a day. Guys did amazing job cleaning up making sure no tacks were left behind. Day after new roof installed it stormed and no leaks. The new ventilation has made a huge difference in cooling our a/c isn't running near as much or as long. The roof looks great would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work you won't be sorry.
