Ryan Adam’s and Devon did a fabulous job. Polite, on time, professional, and even took down my satellite dish for me free of charge.

Every detail of the process (roof shampooing and application of shingle rejuvenation solution) was handled by reliable and experienced technicians who arrived on time and provided excellent service for the process for which each was responsible. All damaged shingles replaced, boots installed on roof vents and all roof vents properly sealed. Our roof looks brand new. The solution used with the shampooing was environmentally friendly and did not damage my landscaping. I have been a realtor for 42 years and will definitely recommend this process to clients whose roofs may really benefit from this.

It started with Matt coming over and he represented the company very well.His knowledge of the industry was obvious. He was well versed and well spoken not a pushy salesman. I decided to go along with the application process. I thought the service couldn't get any better. Then Joshua Simpson showed up. I told him I didn't understand why I am not receiving any communication via text about his arrival etc. Then I realized the communication was going to my email. In the meantime, his out going personality and continuous communication through out made me feel even more comfortable with my decision. It was his birthday and he acted as if it was just another day. He is thorough and definitely knows his craft too. He makes his job look easy.He breaks down what he is doing and what it entails. If something is missing he lets you know too. Thank you for sending out the best man to do the job. Although, the work isn't completed. I hope he enjoyed his birthday weekend.

Ryan and Andrew did an excellent job servicing my roof. They spotlessly cleaned the roof and cleaned up the surrounding area when done and added Roof Maxx and it looks great! Now I am looking forward to the roof lasting another 10 years.

All aspects of my experience with this company was exceptional. And I am very pleased with the final results. From the initial evaluation/inspection and quote by Stephanie to the roof cleaning/tuneup and application of the Roof Maxx treatment by Joshua and Ryan, combined to reveal a company and staff committed to customer satisfaction. Very pleased with the guys from GUARANTEED ROOF. The initial visit on June 11th by JOBIOAS, was to inspect our roof and provide us with an estimate for the job. I thought the amount he quoted was very fair and reasonable, and a great alternative when compared to the cost of a full roof replacement.
Yesterday, June 17th, the next phase of the project began and involved having JOSHUA MENDEZ come and perform a thorough washdown of our roof, and complete some minor repairs to a few shingles, and a boot around one of the bathroom vent pipes, in preparation for the final ROOF MAXX treatment.
These repairs were identified by Jobioas on his initial assessment of the roof, and were listed on the job performance list given to Mr. Mendez.
Lastly, on June 18th, JOSHUA SIMPSON and RYAN ADAMS arrived to apply the ROOF MAXX treatment to our roof.
They arrived on time and quickly went to work. In just a short 90 minutes or so, they were packing up their equipment, taking my payment, and providing me with electronic copies of everything I signed.
This organization is a very well-managed, and highly professional company. They're bonded and insured, with well-trained roofing technicians that are experts in their field. They did what they promised, when they promised, and performed every task just exactly how they said they would.
As a result, my wife and I are extremely pleased, and consider the money we spent as a very wise investment in our home.

The 2 men from Guaranteed Roof did a great job applying RoofMaxx. They were friendly, punctual, and efficient. I have only positive things to say about their work performance. No negative issues at all.

Very disappointing and borderline predatory company. Here’s exactly how they trap you, treat you, and “serve” you:

Step 1: They show up with a slick professional binder featuring their Roofmaxx treatment, complete with Mr. Wonderful’s face on the first page. They promise a 5-year guarantee on your roof. All lies.

Step 2: After the first rain, the exact spot they “repaired” starts leaking again. Their solution? “Don’t worry, we’ll replace it for free — insurance will pay!” Another trap.

Step 3: You agree, and they finally show up three weeks late with a crew of completely unprofessional roofers — walking on the roof with zero safety gear, not even proper boots. Absolutely reckless.

Step 4: They do a rushed, substandard roof replacement. Here’s the catch: they tack on supplemental repair charges your insurance never approved. They don’t inform you. Worse — they don’t even seem to understand the process themselves.

Step 5: You get hit with a big, beautiful bill full of surprises — and your insurance doesn’t cover the extras. Now you’re on the hook for their incompetence.

Step 6 — the cherry on top: When you call to ask what the hell is going on, they don’t explain — they escalate. They send a crew member to argue with you on your own property while the “billionaire boss” Matt is on speakerphone, screaming, cursing, and threatening you and your family with a lien on your house and making your life miserable. That’s right, we got it recored all on camera — we had to call 911.

Shout-out to Ryan, who got thrown in the middle, and Amanda, who clearly has no idea what’s happening.

This company runs on intimidation and chaos. Be warned — the only thing they install properly is regret.

Edit: I forgot to quote this from Matt when I told them your company’s name is Guaranteed Roofing, how can you deliver a job so bad. He said: It’s just a name

The gentleman came on time. He explained to me step by step what he was doing. He cleaned off the roof. Then he sprayed the roof. Again he explained how the solution would work. He took his blower and cleaned up any tash that was there because of the roof. He was remarkable uou⁰

I’ve had representatives from 3 other roofing companies out within the last 6 months, and not a single one got even close to the complete and thorough process that Dylan with Guaranteed Roof took. Obviously he did the complete review outside, but then he took the extra step of looking at the attic side! When he was done, he was able to show me pictures and completely explain why my roof was a perfect candidate for cleaning and the Roof Maxx Rejuvenation process.
He answered every question I had, and helped me work out the payment specifics. Clearly, Dylan knows this rejuvenation product! He was able to explain clearly why at this point in time, while they COULD completely replace my roof if I wanted, but given that I was not experiencing any issues with the current roof structure, they could absolutely handle the handful of small repairs before they clean and apply the rejuvenation spray.

That was a week ago. The whole process gets started this afternoon and tomorrow. (They have multiple crews which means you won’t have to wait months.)

We are very pleased with Guaranteed Roof. Roof Pro, Dylan, assessed our roof needs using drone photos. He explained his assessment clearly, then presented a few solutions. He helped us understand the cost-benefits of each possible solution and did so calmly, with clear answers to our questions. He was personable and we never felt pressured. We'd interviewed about six other companies and the cost of Guaranteed Roof's bleach-free "Soft Wash" was competitive.

The technician who performed the wash, Joshua, was knowledgeable, professional, diligent, and honest. He worked hard on our roof and exceeded expectations in several ways. He knew we'd just had new gutters installed so he washed a few small stains on our stucco caused by debris that had clogged our old gutters.

When he was done, we were talking about the new collars he'd installed on the vent pipes and the cracked shingle he'd roof-caulked before washing, and we got a bit distracted. We started to write a check for the full amount but he reminded us that we'd made a down-payment when we scheduled the service and this check should be for $500 less than the Total.

Not all roof technicians would have caught that, and some companies would have accepted an over-payment and said nothing. We want to recommend Guaranteed Roof without reservation. They are now go-to members of our "home team".

Andrew and Devon came ready to work and help protect my home from roof issues. I specifically was concerned about pin oak leaves (very small leaves) that had gotten up under several shingles and also any issues around vents/chimney. Both were addressed! Both Andrew and Devon were very helpful, also the loan company (Regions) is very friendly and gave me a year to pay off project interest free.

Roof Maxx lied and said the warranty on the roof was guaranteed for 5 to 8 years. But all homeowners insurance companies, does not recognize Roof Maxx treatment or warranty at all. Your insurance company will cancel you!! If your roof is 15 yr old or more. We had our treatment 11/2 yr. when our insurance company cancelled us.

The Guaranteed Roof team of Joshua Simpson and Joshua Mendez reported to my home on time. They explained, in detail, the process for the roof cleaning and rejuvenation. They immediately began to work and completed the job earlier than expected. Upon completing the project, we took a tour around the house and they explained what they replaced on the roof and how the process was completed. I was very pleased with the total process. Job well done!

Joshua, our service tech could not have been nicer. He showed up on time and addressed a few of my questions and concerns as he got started with our roof shampoo and conditioning. He inspected the entire roof and checked his notes from the pre visit. Joshua went over and above and cleaned up after himself. We definitely use the service again as our 25 year old roof looks brand new!

Hello all... I'd like to take a moment and share my experience with Guaranteed Roofing. More specifically Roof Maxx, after collecting a little research the Condominiums I reside in the HOA decided move forward with Roof Maxx. (Rejuvenation)

Let me tell you, if early stages are an indicator this is one the best decision our community could have made.
From the start they sent out a Roofing Pro who thoroughly examine our roofs, for compromise shingles, loose nails, roof Ventilation, flashing, replaced or sealed loose shingles. All this done prior to applying Roof Maxx Rejuvenation spray.

The Technicians conducted a very thorough job, afterwards sat down with the technician went over just what took place, answering all my questions. Needless to say, we were very pleased with service provided.

Note: Jamey Green was Roofing Pro which was authentic and knowledgeable in his approach which made the difference in our decision. Also, Amanda was our Office contact who followed through not only from the beginning. But called to follow up after the Job was complete, Total Customer Service.
