We have only been working with them for one week, but we have already had 7 appointments scheduled and have commitments from 3 of them. This program is great because they handle the ads and phone calls. All you have to do is show up and close the deal! We are very happy and we are excited to see what will come after the ads have been running for a few more weeks!

They started good and everything was fine until they charge me for a lead that didn't have damage, even though they said if i find a roof with no damage just send the pictures and they won't charge it. They were charging me 407 dollars per lead. You are better of investing this money in your own marketing campaign. I think it is not a good fit if you live in Colorado.

Every lead has been verified and they are actually looking for a roof replacement or repair. I love this company.

Guaranteed Estimates have been great. They got us up and running quickly and have worked to get us dialed in for even better results. They handle all the customer contact on thier end and make the entire process easy.

So far they have delivered as promised. They are getting us in front of homeowners, and getting us real opportunities to sell more projects.

We have been using this company for over a year and by far the most honest lead company I have worded with, very good at communication. And the leads have been very good. I can’t say that about most the lead companies we’ve used in the past they are far superior.

I’ve never been even close to pleased with a lead gem service. GE has set the bar for what we want from our marketing! Absolutely would refer to other contractors. Give them the opportunity and have an open discussion about what’s working and not and you will see the value!

They started off good and then once I started spending some real monet, the ugly came out. We had every terrible lead you could think of come through, from fabricated appointments to appointments that didn't enquire about our services at all. Very poor quality and it cost me a lot of money. I would highly recommend finding alternative roofing appointment services.

We been using Guaranteed Estimates for about a year now. They have been great when I’ve had an issue they’ve addressed it right away. I have canceled Thumbtack, Home Advisor and Angies List. We only use these guys and it works for us.

This is a one of a kind lead generating system. I love that I don’t pay unless I personally meet with the potential customer. They provide good quality leads for an affordable cost with a return on investment that is unbeatable. I have NEVER posted a review on a lead generation company because frankly I have never been satisfied. Their customer service is also unmatched. I have had people constantly checking on me to make sure things are going well. Go with these guys. You won’t regret it.

Great people to work with. I’ve used HomeAdvisor and Porch in the past and now I get more “qualified” leads and I’m not billed unless I meet the customer.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company. We have used other lead generation companies where the leads are very low quality and we can often never even get in touch with the lead and still have to pay regardless.

Guaranteed Estimates handles ALL of our back end lead follow up to get us actually meeting with the perspective client, who is vetted by them and genuinely interested in, or needing a new roof.

If we don’t get in front of the homeowner, we don’t pay for the lead. If the homeowner is a no show, we don’t pay for the lead and they will then follow up with a no-show and try to re-schedule them. This service they offer is included in their lead cost!

They are very easily contacted and go out of their way to take care of us and make sure our experience as a vendor is top notch!

Do not work with these guys, they are scam artists at best.

You will only give you bad unqualified leads don't waste your time!

RESPONSE: I deleted the account/records however you want to word it so I wouldn’t be billed illegitimately anymore than I already was being billed. Rest assured I know there weren’t any booked appointments in there! Wish you would hold true to what you speak vs what your agreement states but that’s why this is a scam.
