Our experience with GRP Construction Services LLC was nothing short of amazing. We used them for our roof installation. They were well trained and true roof experts and did such an excellent job on our house. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, Geovanny is an awesome guy who makes you feel at ease, and it was a pleasure working with him and his crew.
They were very professional, have excellent products, completed the job on time and cleaned up very well behind themselves. The work was beautifully done, and they even took care of a couple small things that popped up that were not originally accounted for at no extra charge. Overall, the experience was fast and stress-free; the pricing was extremely reasonable; and the finished work was beautiful. I will rate them 6 STARS (OUT OF 5)!

I am delighted with this company. The came on time and in a few hours they replace the entire roof. They sent photos of the advancing of the work and explained me what they were doing. The quality of the materials is the best. At the end they cleaned everything. They are very professionals and I strongly recommend them.

Giovanni is profesional and responsive to all questions and needs. Financing options available and that was important for me. Him and his crew were on time for the job and worked very efficiently. There was extreme detail to the clean up process as well. I am extremely pleased with the work and would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing roof work done.

Our roof was about 20 years old. We knew we had a small leak over the garage and a leak below a window inset into the roof. The roof had several shingles that had been falling off. Giovanni was the only estimate who told us how he planned to repair around the window. He even placed a temporary patch under the window to prevent further water damage before we had chosen GRP Construction to replace our roof. We did not feel that there was any excessive sales pressure. Giovanni was able to secure the roofing material in the color of our choice quickly despite shortages of materials. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the entire roofing process. The crew was very well organized and everyone seemed to know their role. It was a very well run operation from start to finish. Tarps were put down to catch debris during the tear off. There was ongoing cleanup throughout the entire process, and they were constantly sweeping magnets around the entire area to catch roofing nails. The cleanup was immaculate at the end of both days. Giovanni kept us updated with the job by sending photos to show us the status. Giovanni went above and beyond to do a very professional job and to do it right.
Putting a new roof on a house is a big investment, especially on a large 2 story house. It can be difficult to find a roofing contractor who is honest, trustworthy, and professional. We could not be happier that we chose GRP Construction for our roof. Friends have inquired who we chose to do our roof. We would gladly refer any inquiries to GRP Construction. We had damage to our roof from a recent storm, with tree limbs creating holes in the roof. GRP responded within a day to my inquiry and came out the same day to inspect the roof. Giovanni surveyed the damage and quickly installed a tarp to protect our home from water damage. Within the next day I received a quote and forwarded this to my insurance company. Within the next 3 days the quote was accepted and the money transferred to my account. I contacted GRP and scheduled them to arrive in the next two days. Giovanni arrived early in the morning with his crew and had my whole roof replaced including adding several sheets of plywood where there was damage within 6 hours. The crew diligently cleaned the entire area and the roof was finished beautifully. I can't say enough about the professionalism and the promptness of GRP. Giovanni and Rosanne have truly built a fabulous company for themselves. I highly recommend GRP for any roofing needs.

I recently discovered some water damage to our flat roof portico and contacted multiple roofers to determine the extent of the damage and the cost of repair. Some returned my calls, but many did not. Of those who did, all stated they didn’t work on flat roofs. Thankfully, one of the roofers recommended GRP Construction Services, a company that works on all roof types, including flat roofs. I contacted GRP for an inspection and estimate and received a quick response, followed by an appointment date within the week. The inspection was done by Giovanni Palacios, the owner, who showed me how the original builder had not sealed the portico roof properly and the damage that had caused. He explained what needed to be done and provided an estimate.

We were able to schedule the repair fairly quickly. The job took one day with little disruption to us. Giovanni took photos of the work performed during each phase of the job and emailed them to me when the job was completed. I appreciated this transparency and was satisfied with the work that was done. I found Giovanni to be honest, conscientious, responsive (even after the job was completed) and reasonably priced—a combination of qualities that is often hard to find.

Our roof was fairly old and showed a few signs of damage, requiring replacement. We knew it would big a big expense, and spent months researching roofing companies and comparing prices. GRP was by far the best choice. Giovanni was very professional and honest about what needed to be repaired - never pushing us to do anything with which we’re weren’t comfortable, nor recommending unnecessary repairs. He walked us through every aspect of the replacement, even while the crew was working - routinely showing us what was being done through each stage of the replacement. The crew worked incredibly fast, completing the replacement (new roof, fascia, siding and gutters) in 2 days, Giovanni kept in touch with us throughout the entire job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better looking roof. The quality of the work is clear, their prices are much better than most roofing companies in the area, and their team is incredibly friendly and easy with whom to work. I cannot speak highly enough of GRP.

We had water damage from a leaking roof. The entire GRP team was responsive and quote reasonably priced. Work was done within the quoted price, and the team had finished the project in one day. I would definitely use GRP again.

We hired GRP Construction Services to replace our roof and had a great experience with them. Giovanni was extremely prompt with responding to our inquiry and coming by to look at the roof, and was friendly and happy to explain their process and different roofing materials. We got quotes from three different contractors, and GRP was priced competitively. Communication was timely and clear throughout the whole process. Our roof was done in one day and looks great. We noticed a new structural issue in our attic the day after installation, and they were quick to come back and help us with that as well. Highly recommended!

A large tree limb had fallen onto our house and gashed our roof. After having the limb removed, we called GRP to repair the roof. Giovanni came out that day and gave us a very reasonable estimate to do the work. He said they could do the job the following day and promptly showed up with his team. They completed the repair (as well as replaced the old caulking around our chimney—for free) in under two hours, cleaning up everything afterward. We were very pleased with the job they did and highly recommend them to anyone. We are planning to replace our entire roof in the near future and will definitely be calling them for that project.

I had an emergency roof leak with water getting into an upstairs closet in my house. Rosanna (who appears to schedule all contractor visits) was incredibly helpful/responsive in getting someone out ASAP.

I had Giovanni out originally to inspect the roof and repair the spot he believed to be the problem. Upon further inspection, he found a few other problem areas on the roof that would likely need attention - one of them he fixed (included in the cost of the original work).

Unfortunately, the work that was done did not fix the leak - when I called Rosanna to let her know, she was able to have Giovanni back out the next morning to further inspect the roof and repair another area. They did not ask for any further payment, and Giovanni was incredibly nice/helpful/knowledgeable.

My roof is now leak-free and I could not be happier with the service I received from Rosanna and Giovanni. They followed up with a supplemental estimate to address other things that were found and I will 100% be having them back out to further work on the roof.

Really impressed by the GRP team! The customer service was top notch. Giovanni explained everything and showed me the issues vs telling me. We had several estimates and GRPs was by far the best. Really appreciated his honesty, the team’s communication/customer service and dedication to doing the FULL job (we had offers that was more $ on only partial). His team replaced our entire flat roof over our porch. Fair priced, Professional, excellent customer service and would definitely recommend GRP for any roofing job! Thanks GRP! A++

Giovanni and is staff were wonderful! I had a roof leak after a major storm, and he came out and fixed it right away. He also showed me how the pipe in my roof was installed improperly, and fixed the tow other pipes, preventing any further leaks for a HUGE discount, as he was already here. I couldn't be any happier. I would 100% refer him and will call him again in the future.

Extremely responsive and excellent workmanship on the roofing they replaced. Giovanni was very communicative and made sure that everything was done to my full satisfaction. Very competitive pricing as well. Completed the job the same week he provided my estimate. I highly recommend.

GRP did a great job with a couple of repairs to my roof. They even went out of their way to make small fixes to things they noticed on the roof while completing the other work!
