I really couldn't be any happier with the quality of work and service that I received from Mr. Grenier and his crew.
I have an old house(1875) that needed some rot repairs.
The job was done very well, everything was cleaned up, and the entire crew were courteous and friendly.
Can not recommend this company more highly.

Grenier came out quickly when we needed them and this kind of responsiveness is so important whenever you are dealing with potential water damage to a property!
I appreciate contractors who will wear a uniform, arrive in a timely manner, solve a problem and charge a fair price.

I just can't say enough good things about Garrett Grenier Construction & Sons. Aside from the fact that I had a wish list a mile long with roof leaks, floor installation, electrical upgrades and custom closet builds, he did all this in better than reasonable time and each day he was consistant with his early arrival and full day of work. Even the painter did impeccable work and all of them impressed me with their work ethic. I will be hiring this company for an upcoming installation of a vaulted ceiling next. Did I mention how reasonable his rates are as well.
