Gregory‘s installed 11 windows in my house installers were very professional and did an excellent job installing my replacement windows looked better than original I had some concerns about how they were going to work around the stone but they installed trim around it and it turned out beautiful thank you.But after a week had a few issues with the sash coming loose from the top of 4 windows, but after contacting Gregory’s they stayed on top of this issue and contacted the manufacturer after about four months of going back and forth with this issue it turned out that the manufacturer had a issue with the glue machine that glued the sash in the windows but with the support of Gregory’s and Justin Moxley the manufacturer replaced and Gregory’s installed all the windows again at no charge or cost to me. Over-all I was very pleased and satisfied with the product and the workmanship and the support of Gregory’s for standing behind and guaranteeing what they sell. Gregory's installed a Ballew's Patio Cover over our deck in September 2023. It's beautiful! David Gregory came to our home to provide a quote. He was informative, friendly, and provided an accurate price. The awning material arrived in 3 weeks, and the installation was scheduled that same week. Shea and Matt arrived and began the installation. They were polite, detailed, and went above and beyond. They even worked in the rain (turned a 2 day installation into 3 days). They made sure everything was done right and tidy when they left. We will definitely call Gregory's should we need their services. Thanks so much, we love our new deck cover!

I waited 6 months after putting down a $1,800 deposit for these $3,000 Gutter Helmets to get put on and had terrible customer service from Gregory's Inc in Stephen City, VA the whole time. After we finally got them installed after wanting my deposit back we had terrible storms not even a few days later and the gutters were overflowing worse than before when they were clogged. I am not sure if they were even cleaned out before the gutter helmets were put in. I have been calling since then at least every other week and have still not had someone come out to fix it. It appears this product is as terrible as the customer service. I would recommend to anyone looking at this product to look for a different alternative. This one is not worth your time or money. Neither is the aggravation of trying to get service after the sale.
UPDATE: 27AUG24
In response to the wait time because of the new roof, I called the next day after they came out for the initial install had been scheduled and asked them to install since I wasn't getting a new roof and it still took 6 months . Been waiting 6 more months now for someone to come find out why there are birds living in the gutters. I've called twice about 3 months apart and was told someone would contact me and schedule someone to come look. So far no one has called to schedule. So far not impressed with the product or the service. The gutters still overflow during rainstorms especially during heavy rains.

We loved the siding job they did so much, we had them build a deck for the front of our cabin. Note the beautiful portico they installed. Going to have them resurface the back deck next.

Update: Justin has been incredibly helpful, honest and efficient in assisting us whenever we have had any roofing issues. I appreciate it.

I am thankful for the recommendation from the community to reach out to Gregory's for our siding repair and general roofing maintenance needs. Justin did a great job repairing our siding quickly and providing guidance where needed. They were reasonable and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of unlike some of the other companies I received quotes from. We will certainly use their services again when needed and I recommend reaching out to get a quote for your needs. Thank you for the great customer service.

Gregory's replaced our shutters and installed a leaf gutter protection system on our house. They were very professional, provided quality products at a reasonable price and completed the projects in a timely manner. Their installer was on time, neat and a pleasure to work with. We will use Gregory's again and highly recommend them.

Gregory's installed an awning over our patio. I loved the color as it matches the brick of our home. Another great feature is the remote that I can open or close the awning from upstairs. I have been very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to my friends.
Gregory's also built a portico over our kitchen door porch. They replaced an old pergola that was there. Again, they went above and beyond helping me decide the materials we needed.

A technician traveled quite a distance to our remote residence and placed Gutter Helmet product and also rerouted our down spouts. The tech was very pleasant and professional.

We used Gregory’s to repair our deck. They replaced all the deck boards and top of the railing. They were professional, friendly and efficient. We hope to use them for future home improvements!

Gregory's did a complete tear off and replace of a roof that had hail damage and wind damage. They came, did the job, cleaned up and were gone before I knew it. Excellent work and excellent communication.

Needed a roof inspection due to a high-pressure contact from a local roofing company to file a claim for hail damage to my 20-year old roof. Dave Gregory himself came out, was very informative and friendly, and told me no real signs of any damage after two very minor hailstorms in 2019 and 2022 where the hail was no bigger than 7mm and lasted less than 15 minutes. To my knowledge, no vehicles so commonly parked on the street or in driveways, not in garages!, were damaged during either of these storms. Vehicular sheet metal very thin these days! I smell insurance fraud in the air for my subdivision! Will have his company do full roof replacement when it is time! A+

David gives advice based on what is best for the customer not just trying to sell something. Is very helpful and responsive to your concerns.

I gave them a 5 star review for fixing our roof about a month ago. Did an excellent job but we called about another roof repair and we have not heard from them in 2 weeks. All they say is your on the list. If they don’t want to do the job they should just say so. After having such a good experience I am really disappointed.

Had gregorys install bully dog gutter guards ( jimmy ) he did not do.it correct the first time and had to come back to correctly install and it looked like terrible still after he was finished . I am done complaining about the install obviously they dont do quality work and know what their doing . I would not suggest using them

They're the best. Great service at a great price. Very professional from the staff in the office, the people doing the work to the owners checking up after the job is completed.

Quality work. They do get busy, but I’ve never been forgotten. They stand behind their work and came out to fix one thing I had an issue with. Excellent company.

This is my second review for Gregory and I have nothing more to say but Thank you for all that you do. Two Professionals came and fixed up the back sliding and I was in a hurry and they came as soon as possible and not only they fixed the broken sliding but the whole side just in case it doesn’t happen to the other sliding in the back. I also want to add it was super difficult to get to the broken sliding but they did an awesome job. I wish I had pictures to show. Talk about awesome I can’t speak for everyone but for me they did an awesome job enough for me to write a second review and I never done that before. Thanks Gregory you all are wonderful and thank you for taking care of us.

If I could post lower I would. Ridiculous!!! They were told there was a hole in the roof (that is why a roofing company was called), never even looked up at the ceiling let alone going up in the attic to check the issue. Plain as day seeing the stain in the upstairs ceiling. Unfortunately the elderly woman who was selling the house did not know better and paid for a job not done. Need now to call BBB. Beware!!! They won't come out or return phone calls!

Wow! What terrible customer service! We called for a free estimate, and we're told we would get a call back to schedule a free estimate soon. After following up twice over the course of a week with no call to schedule, we were then told an estimate had been done (without our verification), and that we could expect a bill. We had not even seen any estimate, but they were ready to bill. Dishonesty at its best! You'd be better off going anywhere else!

Jeff and David Gregory did a great job for me. Everything was Very neatly Done. There were no nails laying around in my yard everyday. The guys showed up when they said they would ,worked in 100 plus degrees and did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased With the results. The workers they had were very polite and competent. I'll be using them on my next roof job.

Extremely rude and amazingly disinterested customer service. My husband and I have used this company in the past. Today we called to have them do some repair work on our farm's roof. The woman who answered the phone informed me that they are booked two months out. I asked if I could be placed on the schedule. She then informed me that they were booked three months out. She also said that they do not work on metal roofs anymore. I asked politely if there was some one that they could recommend. She discussed this with a man in the background and she told me to look in the yellow pages. Wow. I have worked with many companies and I have NEVER received such rudeness. Obviously, this company has so many clients that they do not need any work. Also, they obviously do not have the time or the inclination to extend normal courtesies to customers. I would avoid this company at all cost and I would give them a zero rating if I could.

If I can I would give them 100 flying stars Jessi and her Team Mates came and did such a great job I am writing two reviews in two different sites I wrote one in Nextdoor and now here at Google. Trust me I am one of those people that don't trust reviews and very skeptical. But, after being recommended by my colleague, I knew Gregory is going to be it. But, I never knew they would be such an amazing roofers. Jessi and her Team mates are the best in all and I wish I can do more to show my thanks. They did such a great job I praise the Lord for such amazing roofers. You, guys showed me what it really means to serve Thank you so much for helping me out. I would definitely use Gregory for all my construction needs in the future.
