I can’t thank Greey’s Construction enough!!! Their customer service, attention to detail, and exceptional craftsmanship went far beyond my expectations. To be honest, I was nervous going into this project. I’ve had a few bad experiences with contractors in the past, so I was worried, but Greey’s completely changed that for me.

From the beginning, Reina went above and beyond to guide me through the process. I had never submitted a homeowner’s insurance claim before, let alone had a full roof replacement, and she took the time to explain every step. The entire team was incredibly supportive and hands-on throughout. They showed up multiple times during the project and were there from start to finish.

When the insurance inspector came, Greey’s was there. When we hit a hurdle with the insurance company, who required proof that my original shingle color was unavailable, they placed a bundle of shingles on the roof just to help get the claim approved. They met with me personally to walk through color options and even sent mock-up images of what the different shingles would look like on my home.

On installation day, their crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. Rain was in the forecast, and they even skipped lunch to ensure the job was completed before the weather turned. That kind of dedication is rare.

I’ve honestly never experienced this level of service before. I would recommend Greey’s Construction to all my friends and family without hesitation. And if I ever (God forbid) need another roof replacement, I wouldn’t even think of calling anyone else. Thank you again for your outstanding work, professionalism, and care throughout this process!
