in 2014 Greenstar applied a new coating to my office building. Less than 5 years later this expensive new coating job has failed and leaks in multiple places and new roofing companies have told me that the entire roof needs to come off and they have to replace rotten wood caused by the Greenstar roof leaking. So all the money spent on a poor roof job by Greenstar and David Lamouranne is wasted. And David would not return calls or letters asking for help.
I didn't submit this initial rating. And you are right, I don't have any knowledge or experience with your company, up until just now. I know this 5 star rating doesn't adequately balance out the 1 star, and if I knew how to remove that unfair rating I absolutely would. A little unsolicited advice: you might consider kindly asking a reviewer for more reasoning on their feedback in the future. It could result in actually improving and strengthening your business, and possibly even winning someone over who may have had a negative experience. Have a good day!
