There are so many choices for roofing, gutters, and various construction projects. It can be very overwhelming when you need to have tens of thousands of dollars of work done on your home. Joe and his crew were amazing throughout the entire process. They did gutters, a new roof, skylights etc. I would highly recommend, and I am very picky!

This is the second job we had worked with Greenlight Construction on. The first job was a Roof replacement to prepare for adding Solar Panels. The next was a remodel of two upstairs bathrooms and replacement of all of the upstairs doors. The results are fantastic! We worked with Joe and team to design the changes to the master that included adding a water closet, configuring the old shower space, and new lighting. We are really happy with our nearly completely redone and refreshed upstairs. Our spa style master (with heated floors installed) is luxurious and I expect this to last the test of time. I highly recommend Joe and his crew doing work. We will be working with Greenlight in the future for our next project - the Kitchen.

Wonderful company with very competent people. I had them roof my parents house a decade ago and the roof still looks like it was laid yesterday.

A few months ago the roof had a leak, one call to them and I had a guy out the next day. They sent out five guys who went above and beyond, not just checking the entire roof but also securing the loose siding.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best people to roof any building.

The folks at Greenlight Construction Group have mastered the art of customer service in an industry plagued by complaints. We had an old shake roof and gutters which needed to be replaced. The president, Joe, was on time for his appointment to discuss solutions and give us a cost estimate. He spent a lot of his time letting us know that this is a large construction job which was really messy and gave us advice on preservation of landscaping. The presentation was very low key and after talking about a number of options, he gave us several cost estimates and said to contact him with any follow up questions. On the way out he gave us some samples of shingles with available colors. No pressure whatsoever!
We awarded Greenlight the job and that is when the outstanding service became obvious. At no time during the project were we in the dark about status. Tom, our project coordinator, was routinely on the phone or texting us with details of delivery and crew scheduling. Our home is a ranch, so the roof is larger than most, yet they matched the job size with the necessary crew and were done in 2 days. The guys on the job were about as careful as you can be given it was a demolition zone.
The final product is outstanding and we highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism and outstanding service.

From the beginning customer service was second to none. I never felt pressured and my decision of the products I chose was respected without any attempt to up sell. Throughout the project I was well informed of schedule and it was kept. The workers all were polite, well skilled and efficient at their job. Overall I was very pleased with the entire project from start to finish.

Joe and his team at Greenlight did a beautiful job on our new roof, gutters, and skylights! His staff were very neat and left no debris that our dog would possibly step on. They were punctual and completed the job in the expected time frame. I would highly recommend them! I will definitely use them again for future projects!!

GreenLight was one of the few companies that made a reasonable proposal and insured the work was completed to my esatisfaction. The crew that completed the work were neat, polite and quick.

Greenlight Construction Group was the most delightful group of people I have ever worked with for repairs to our home. We had a horrible mold problem caused by another contractor that Joe Drew and his men took care of beautifully. We had them repair our roof, also done incorrectly by another contractor. We are currently have him do another bathroom and anew front door installation. I would recommend him to anyone.

Our experience working with Greenlight was painless and stress free. In this day and age, those two alone make life so much easier. Joe is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very familiar with the insurance claims and guided us through the process. His staff was very courteous and thorough. We highly recommend working with him if you have a choice. At the very least, give him a call. You will not be disappointed.

Received a cold call from Green Light after a bad storm talking about hail damage and asking to give us an estimate. My wife agreed and scheduled an appointment. To start, salesperson Cory Clifford arrived late. Upon arrival I explained I was not very concerned about the hail damage but did have a flat overhang that needed to be replaced. Cory gave me a binder of referrals, insurance, ratings, etc. to review. He kept telling me about how this is a family company, A rated, extremely professional and on and on. I explained to him that I had many other roofing companies out in the past for the flat portion and not one said they could fix it. He then proceeded to tell me that those companies could have fixed it, they just didn't want to. He said that's what makes us different and why we have such good ratings. He went on the roof, gathered his info, told me there was minor hail damage but I was right that the flat part needed replacement. He said he took pictures, measurements and everything he needed to get me an estimate. He told me I would have it by the end of the day. Well....that was 3 weeks ago! I have heard nothing from them. I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially after promising a time-frame and preaching to me about how different they are, professional, family oriented, excellent ratings, etc. I found this place to be the worst of all. At least the rest had the decency to tell me up front that they could not fix it. This place lied, made promises and then completely ignored us. They are obviously just storm chasers looking to make a fast buck by replacing so called "damaged" roofs that they can get your insurance to pay for. Would not recommend for any reason, far better options are available. Beware!

Very shady company. Apart from typical communication/scheduling issues that I won’t detail, I feel compelled to describe my #1 Issue: Misrepresentation. I had a written estimate for repairs to my flat roof and parapet wall, which I was told would be partially subcontracted as the parapet wall work is not their specialty. Several times later, including by phone on the date of service, I was told this work would take about a half day. So I was quite surprised when Eric showed up alone, more than 7 hours late. Now he tells me it’s just him and will take only about an hour. I ask about the subcontractor for the parapet wall and he replies that it’s not included in the contract and would cost three times more. At this point, I do not argue even though the written scope of work lists: “4. Repair parapet wall where leaks occurring on north elevation.” I sent him away after asking for the company’s owner’s name and learn that he is the co-owner. I called and complained anyway via voicemail. No response. No surprise. Thankfully no money was exchanged so my actual loss was only having taken a day off work for a job not done.

These guys are amazing experts they went above and beyond in every stage of our project, have recommended them many times to our friends, who have all been really grateful to green light.
