Our timeline was short, and after hours of delays and slow responses from someone else, I was really struggling to get the mold remediation complete at my rental property. That’s when Max and his team stepped in, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They were responsive, easy to communicate with, and showed up right on time. Despite the time crunch, they did a fantastic job and were incredibly professional throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality service!

We had an accidental flood in our second floor utility room. Water leaked into the subfloor, walls, and was pouring through the ceiling in the garage below. Green State responded within an hour of it happening and immediately started the mitigation and abatement. Their whole crew has been incredible and super professional. I highly recommend Green State.

Max at Green State was so awesome! He came out within 24 hours. He looked at our problem and helped diagnose. And when it looked like the repair would cost a lot for Green State to do it—but we could remedy the situation on our own—he told us that and offered simple solutions we could do at home (and guidance for how to do it safely!). He also shared another company that could help with the problem, as it turned out we needed some roofing work to get to the source. I also appreciated how he sent a pic of his business card before arrival when he texted to say he was on his way. My female, disabled housemate was home alone and I had arranged the appointment, so it was great to have the peace of mind that the person arriving was an official representative of the business. On top of all that, my housemate didn't answer the door when Max arrived and he called me and we worked together to solve that problem. He was so kind, patient, and helpful. Will call these folks next time we need anything for sure!

If you need help with mold remediation, Max is your guy! He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Even though the first inspection is free, he offered a ton of advice even after the inspection. The inspection report is comprehensive as well.

After my house was damaged and left unlivable when a tree crushed the roof, a lot of my things were left inside (and undamaged). Green State Restoration was hired by my landlord to move the rest of my belongings out of the house and ship them to me.

They were prompt and friendly to work with, but my belongings were all haphazardly thrown into boxes and probably a quarter of what they delivered was left either damaged or destroyed. Half of my glassware was shattered when I opened the boxes because the people who packed them just stacked glasses, plates, and whatever else was in my kitchen into boxes with no padding.

For the record, my kitchen was entirely unaffected by the damage to my house, so none of these items were damaged before Greenstate came through. On top of that my air conditioner had the entire back plate crushed in and left unusable. One of my pieces of furniture had the corner of the wooden frame caved in and we had to take that to the dump as well.

Delivery team was cool and friendly to work with, as was the owner, but whoever packed up our items did more harm than good.

Max from greenstaterestoration arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He kept us updated to minimize further damage

My mold technician was Max Sikorskiy. Talk about an honest guy. He told me the truth didn't charge me because it was surface level mold, told me how to clean it up. We need more people like him in the contractor industry, real stand-up guy.

Vitalli and Siarhei worked on restoring my home after a massive flood from a broken pipe. They were both very hard workers, were very friendly, polite and respectful . They did good work, adhering to my specifications, and getting clarification from me when needed.

Amazing experience with Max Sikorskiy from Green State. He did very nice inspection of the issue and provided very true assessment of the situation. He diagnosed the issue and fixed very easily which I was thinking of a major issue. Overall very happy with his service.

Great experience! Worked with Max. Very knowledgeable. Came for an Inspection of an area showing mold on the ceiling. Measured air quality. Went to the attic to see where the cause was. He was fully honest and transparent. Gave me some recommendations on what to do to prevent future mold growth and next steps.

Max was thorough and his crew did a great job. Ironically we had another issue two weeks later (different from first) and he helped guide us find the issue (vent in roof leaking).

I am currently a Green State Restoration client and am starting on the 3rd phase of rebuilding my home after a natural disaster destroyed it last month. I am so very pleased with this company so far. I’ve had the pleasure of having Jesse and Roman in my home tasked with prepping and controlling the water damage for the next/last phase. These two gentlemen are awesome! They have been so great with communication and doing an excellent job from the clean up to the tear out of the damage. Petrol kostyk and Viktor kordash worked in my house to check leaking damages by cutting ceiling, removing wood boards. They did very good job to keep my house cleaning as possible.

This company is awesome! I had a water situation and I was completely devastated. But when these guys showed up and helped me, I was so relieved. They were able to contain the flooded area and now we are starting to rebuild it. What an easy and smooth process. I can't thank them enough. From what I thought would be a nightmare, turned out in to "not too bad." So glad Green State Restoration were the ones I called initially.
