We had a great experience with RichCo for installing a storm door for us. Japheth messaged us after an online inquiry and was proactive in all initial communication and responsive to texts, calls, and emails. He gave us an overview of the processes involved and assured us that working on small projects, such as ours, are what they take care of in between their larger jobs. I found some door options I was interested in and he was able to source them and get us pricing estimates, and he showed up at our home to take the measurements needed for project planning. Him and his crew were available the same week that we reviewed and chose our door selection. They arrived on time, and installed a great looking storm door in the estimated amount of time. I appreciated the text updates and contractor photos of who to expect upon arrival. They cleaned up after completion and were professional throughout, and explained any small how-to's about the door to my husband prior to departing. Payment due was the expected amount and we were happy about no extra fees for credit card payments. Very happy with our experience with this contracting group. Working with Japheth was clear and efficient and honest. And we love our storm door!!!
