Green River Builders

My wife and I hired Green River Builders for a full kitchen renovation. Working with Alex, Peter and their team was a pleasure. They took the time to answer all our questions throughout the entire process (from start to finish). Communication was excellent, they kept us updated on when their team would be there and when subcontractors would be there (plumber/electrician/dumpster). One of the great qualities of Green River Builders that we noticed throughout the renovation was their attention to detail. They didn't take shortcuts and took the time to do things right. We will definitely use Green River Builders again for our future projects and recommend them to anyone for their projects.

Alex and company were outstanding in all ways related to creating our new deck. From design/estimate to the completion of the project all was perfect. And they are perfectionists. Our deck is beautiful. All involved were friendly, knowledgeable and hard workers. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

We are so happy with our experience working with Green River Builders. They built our ADU (accessory dwelling unit, 900 sqf house) and at every phase I couldn’t believe how lucky we were to have such a good contractor and team. First, their estimate for the project was significantly lower than several other options and builders we looked at (including several different modular house manufacturers and framing kits, as well as traditional construction) and they stuck to the estimate! Even more impressive is that we didn’t have to make compromises on quality for this better price. Second, the communication throughout the project was excellent. I am especially grateful and impressed with this, as a single woman having a home built I felt respected the whole time, never talked down to or not taken seriously. Having a contractor who listened and was easy to talk to made the whole process much less stressful. Peter always gave me his opinion and explained options and usually we agreed, in the couple instances where I wanted something different than his recommendation he made clear he would do what I wanted and didn’t try to talk me into something. He and Alex made excellent suggestions that improved on our original design as we went along. I can’t recommend Green River Builders highly enough.
