Wow, where do I even begin with Gonzales Roofing? From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic! Not only did they complete the entire roof replacement on my large ranch-style home exactly when they said they would and for the price we agreed on, but the quality of their work is just outstanding.

We had three old skylights removed, and you'd never even know they were there – the roofline is seamless. What really impressed me was that they proactively replaced a whopping 41 pieces of plywood that had seen better days – that's attention to detail you just don't see every day!

The crew was a pleasure to have around – totally professional and clearly dedicated to making sure every single detail was perfect. And the cleanup? Spotless! You wouldn't have known they were even here, except for the beautiful new roof.

And the peace of mind? Incredible! The project came with a strong, manufacturer-transferable warranty, which is a huge plus.

But honestly, what truly blew me away was Pedro himself. He went above and beyond, even replacing a few of my gutters (which was not in the original proposal and at no cost) just to ensure the whole job looked absolutely top-notch and that I was completely satisfied. And to top it all off, he sent pictures every step of the way, so I always knew exactly what was happening.

Excellent. I had investigated several roofers when I saw Gonzales Roofing replacing a roof near where I live. I asked the homeowner about them and he said they were excellent. He was correct. They quickly responded to my calls and kept meetings. They prepared and delivered their estimate promptly and answered all my questions. Their pricing was competitive so I chose them to replace my roof and gutters and I am happy I did. Their team was hardworking, professional, and protective of my home and landscaping. They completed the job as scheduled and carefully cleaned up afterwards. The owner returned to review the work with me and he even noticed a minor issue which he had corrected immediately. Contracting with Gonzales Roofing was the best decision we could have made for our new roof installation. Working with Pedro (the owner) was a pleasure. We found him to be honest and fair with us from the estimate to the finished product. He communicated with us every step of the way. He explained to us exactly what he would do and then did exactly that. No hidden "gotchas"!! His crew showed up right on time. All of them were amazing and very professional! And we must say it was refreshing to see a crew of 5 men all dressed in the same uniforms! They covered our house and grass in tarps, took off the old roof with no damage to anything, prepared the sheathing and underlayment and then began installing the shingles. everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Long story short, 12 hours later we had a new beautiful roof!! After the clean up there was literally no signs that they were ever here except for the new roof!! We hired Pedro Gonzales from Gonzales Roofing and Gutters to reroof a small piece over a bow window. The condition of the roof was not visible from the ground so we didn’t know how bad it was until we began to hear squirrels hiding nuts in the hole in it. Pedro called us back within minutes of the initial phone call. He came to look at the job very soon after.
The 2 men who came to do the job were thorough and fast. The job was very tricky to do because its an old house, and the space to work in was very small, and that piece of roof had never been replaced since 1878. They took off all the damaged areas, added new plywood, added all the layers of weather and waterproofing materials, re-covered it with asphalt shingles in custom cut pattern that fit the shape of the roof, and replaced all the facia with siding that matched the rest of the house.
We can view the work by looking out an upstairs window and the new roof section looks beautiful. Also the men did a thorough and complete clean-up job of all the old materials and nails.
We’re extremely satisfied and happy with these workers and the whole company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pedro and his team at Gonzales Roofing and Gutters did a great job replacing my roof. The team stripped 2 layers of shingles old antennas, sketchy sections of plywood and some facia on porch roof and removed debris from the roofs and gutter. They replaced the wood, drip edges, and roof. They updated the seals around chimney and vents. They put up barriers to catch the old roof and debris shielding our shrubs and they cleaned up all the debris from the yard and driveway and hauled it all away.
The costs were very reasonable and very close to the original estimates, the only change was replacing wood was at my expense, the costs of which were spelled out in the estimate.
All the work was performed correctly, quickly, and professionally. I would recommend Gonzales Roofing and would happily use them again.

The only delays were weather related. He completed his work, including skylights and roof replacement in only one day. New gutters with leaf shields were also done. I called around a couple of places to get an estimate, and I had one company who actually took my credit card information without even looking at my property. I called another gutter company, and he said he would show up but he never did. So I called up Gonzales Roofing & Gutters, and Pedro was the only one who showed up. Initially he told me it would take 2 weeks to put me in his schedule, but he was able to get his work crew to do it a couple days after I accepted the offer (and they did the whole job that Saturday afternoon!) A couple of observations. I visited Pedro's office and found it to be clean and very organized. When the crew showed up to perform the work, the work trucks were clean and organized as well. This shows attention to detail and a sense of pride in the business. I received 4 estimates and the price was in line with other estimates but the explanation of the entire process and the quality of materials used was by far better than other companies. I only had to obtain the building permit and everything else was handled by Pedro. They showed up 15 minutes early the day of the job and went straight to work. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the job and the end result was a new roof installed in a timely manner with high quality materials and workmanship. No reason to go anywhere else if you're looking for a new roof.
