Great River Honda

Still currently looking for a on/ off road bike so I stopped in.. walked in and young guy ask how I was doing, replied great.
I walked an d looked at a couple of bike and he had absolutely nothing to say or ask me. 20’ from his desk, not can I help you, anything in particular you are looking for, nothing.
So I can not recommend doing business with someone who is there to sell you something and they ignore potential customers.

I recently bought my daughter a dirt bike and the salesman was really nice and took the time to answer my questions and sell us the perfect unit for my daughter

Had my 2004 Foreman Rubicon in there last year for not shifting. They told me they could not fix it because they couldn’t see the display. Told me if I found one they’d fix it. They also charged me for this “service”. Took the fourwheeler home and began my search for a new display. Finally found one and installed it. Took it back over there and after it was in their possession a couple of weeks I called them up to see what the status was. Guy told me it wouldn’t crank (needs new battery) and a carb kit just to see what was wrong with jt. I told him I cranked it before I brought it over that none of that was necessary, for them to just throw it on a tender to charge the battery a little. Then he tells me well it’s an old bike, I wouldn’t put much money in it. I told him I wanted it fixed. A week later I called and he said they were going to reset the computer but after that they wouldn’t put nothing else in it, being as it’s too old (2004 model). Called him back and he said yea, they reset it twice and it’s going again but the motor sounds awful, just bring him $200 and they’ll call it even. If Great River Honda was there last Honda shop around I wouldn’t take my worst enemy’s bike there. If I could give it 0 stars that would be too many.

Absolutely the worst place for service I have ever used. Didn't do 1 thing right that was ask of them. Kept my bike for 9 months.
Drained the oil out and put no oil back rode it to the front of store and left it for us to pick up. The owner told me when I brought to his attention, "It don't hurt to run one without oil for a little while" I can go on and on.
All I have to say is if this place is your only choice burn your bike. Then go buy a different brand

Terrible service. Brought a bike in for carb work and they charged me $250 for a spark plug change. Didn’t fix the bike. When I called to bring it back in they said it would be another $250 to look at it again. Scamming people during the pandemic. They don’t deserve a single star. Do not get your bike serviced here!

They don't deserve 1 star, took my bike there to get fixed, was told it would be fixed within a week nothing major, ( locked in 4 wheel drive ) every week excuse after excuse. After 6 weeks later got back home with it to find out still not fixed after paying an arm and leg, called them back and manager was to call us back, needless to say we still waiting on that phone call. Bad thing for them we looked at a side by side to buy, never get our business.

I drove from Nederland Texas and purchased two Honda Four wheeler's from this Amazing Staff. My Sales Professional Tory Rollins was very pleasant to deal with and she did "Exactly" what she said she would do. She was very honest from the beginning and she earned a Customer for Life with my Family and myself. When we purchase again very soon we will make the four hour trip due to the high level of Customer Service we received. "People buy from people they like and Trust!" I am in the retail business and this is the Golden rule in my Opinion! Great Job to this Team!

If you want to have a problem and pay twice, here is the place to bring your motorcycle. I read all reviews, and I was hopping that I am in right place. I live 50 miles away from Natchez. On Feb. 26 I brought my honda 450x to fix (I couldn't start), I asked to fix, have full service as is needed as well as front tire was loosing air. After calling so many times I got back my bike March 19, paying $212.04...Bike started there, but not home, no service was done nor front tire fixed... I took this bike to Natchez Powersports in April 4- received call April 11. Bike was fixed right, with full service and tire replaced... I paid there $159.14. Its true Jermie is knowledgeable and nice. However, when I told him that bike doesn't start and I took to Powersports, he was mean to me... terrible experience, no apology...

Staff were knowledgeable with their products, very patient with their customers, and vo the extra mile for their customers. They are very hospitable too. I will be returning to purchase another ATV and/or side by side.

My local dealership couldn't meet my needs made one call to great river and mr berryhill done everything my local dealership said they couldn't do. Was in store less than an hour. Great friendly people.

Walked in, just to look around for my very first visit. Staff was pleasant, and very knowledgeable about all the 4 wheelers. Talked to me about strengths and weaknesses of every 4 wheeler in the shop. I decided that this was the place to buy one. As we were filling out all the necessary paperwork, it was like old home week. Felt like I was more than just a customer. Have been back in several times, and have always been treated well. No pressure to buy. I was welcome to look around as long as I needed.

Got my part within two days. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs honda atv or motorcycle parts. The parts desk employee does her best to make sure you get the parts you need quickly.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARES I WOULD!! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WE WERE IN THE BUILDING FOR AT LEAST 10-15MINS WITH A LADY STANDING BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO US!! WHEN I SPOKE UP AND ACKNOWLEDGE TO MY FAMILY THAT ""NO ONE MUST WORK HERE," ONLY THEN DID SHE ACKNOWLEDGE US. NEVER LEAVING FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER THOUGH. SHE CALLED FOR SOMEONE THEN STATED TO US," SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU IN A SECOND!" 5MINS LATER STILL NO SERVICE.... I CAN ONLY ASSUME THEY DON'T LIKE MONEY!!
