Steve was on time, very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. He educated me on many things to look for as a homeowner while I followed him through the process. It was valuable to me that he explained which “call outs” were important to correct now versus things that were potentially something for the future. I would be happy to work with him again.

Steve was amazing! We have had 2 home inspections with him. The first house unfortunately had too many issues to continue forward with. We found our dream home a week later and Steve gave us a good discount on the inspection at this home. I brought my 1 year old daughter to both inspections and he was great with her! He was able to answer all questions and explain in depth about any issues he found. He was the most expensive option we were given but the quality of work he does is 100% worth it. I would suggest him to anyone! Absolutely amazing work and customer service!

Overall had a good experience with Steve. He did a very through inspection of the home we ended up purchasing.

We ended up having a slight issue with how one part of the home inspection covered the presence of fire and carbon monoxide detectors, but Steve made it right with us and updated his inspection method moving forwards so it won't be an issue for anyone in the future.

As first time homebuyers we didn’t know what to expect when walking into an inspection, we were prepared to be overwhelmed with information that we wouldn’t fully understand. But that wasn’t the case at all with Steve! He did an extremely thorough inspection and explained everything in detail. I was impressed with Steve's professionalism through the entire process. I was present for the home inspection and he took the time to explain any issues that were present and suggestions how to remedy the minor ones myself. Price was just a tad cheaper than others I checked. I still received an extremely detailed inspection with pictures. I will be recommending his services to friends and family, as he will be my go-to for any future inspections I may need.

Very knowledgeable, thorough, and uses many tools to ensure a proper inspection-- If someone shows up with only a ladder and flashlight that should be a red flag. He gave us really neat folder with lots of information on home ownership. Our report was detailed and professional with pictures.

Steve Anderson took his time to inspect our house. He was very patient, answered our questions and gave us plenty of advice on various issues he encountered. He came back the next day to finish the inspection to allow us to be present and asked him any question we have. We wanted him to do some testing like radon test. But he didn’t charge us for it but rather advised us to wait until we are sure the house would be vacant for few days before he does the test for better accuracy. I would totally recommend him.

We were misled about our homes electrical system. Steve claimed that he used to be an electrician and had told us that there was no knob & tube running upstairs and that it was updated to more recent wiring. We later found out that there is in fact knob & tube running throughout the home & now have to update it to be covered by our homeowners insurance. We must now foot the bill of thousands of dollars to have it all updated all because Steve lied to us. I recommend finding someone else to do your home inspections who won't lie to you.
