High Point Roofing NE LLC

I was introduced to High Point Roofing by friends after the derecho hit Cedar Rapids in August of 2020. This was my first homeowners insurance claim I ever had and it did not take long into the process to appreciate the experience that High Point Roofing brought to the table. It took a full year of fighting with the insurance company to get them to pay for the roof damage. I am not sure if I would have gotten them to pay if High Point Roofing was not there the entire time guiding me through the process. When the claim was finally paid, High Point was able to do the work in a timely and professional manner. Dealing with multiple contractors in repairing my house, the one thing that stuck out about High Point and Wayne versus the others is that when I called or texted, he always responded in a prompt fashion. Even though High Point is located four hours away from Cedar Rapids, they will be the ones I call for any roofing needs.

Had a roof that needed replaced. Wayne came out and got me a quote quickly. Insurance didn't want to replace the roof but Wayne came back out and met with the adjuster. Once they got on the roof together they agreed and the work was approved.
Communication of job progress was regular and the work was top notch.

After the Derecho, I was so relieved to find Wayne and his team. They were ready to help and understood what we needed. We are in Iowa and even from a distance the service felt like they were right next door. Quality product, outstanding staff and patient through the insurance process. We are so proud of our home - and thankful to High Point Roofing for helping us bring it back from the storm.
