You Could not ask for a better example of a perfessional that cares for his clients and does great work! Call him he will do what he says. I was impressed and loved the how chris explained everything!

I setup a time for an estimate and he never showed up. He then stopped responding to messages. Very unprofessional and per the other reviews, this seems like a common practice for them.

UPDATE- Since he says I’m a liar, I’m now including a screenshot of my interaction with him.

Chris did an amazing job with my gutter replacement! From the first call to the final installation, his team was friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. We have a house in old Louisville and the new gutters look fantastic and work perfectly. They paid attention to every little detail and made sure I was happy with the results. Plus, their prices were very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

We love our new black gutters! Chris the owner and his crew did a great job installing new gutters and protection on our one story home. Chris was very responsive throughout the process and managed to get the gutters & protection installed in a timely manner despite the bad weather- definitely a challenge. (The installation took place across several days)

I called Chris on Monday morning for an estimate and he was there 3 hours later, his prices were the best from all 4 other companies that I called. On Tuesday he installed the gutter guards and they look amazing in our house.

They never showed up to my house , then si call and they block me and never answer my call I showed up to their office and they literally close the door in my face they stole all my deposit and I didn’t not realize that they never give me the receipt , poor poor service

We called for an estimate and Chris answered on the first call, he also came the same day for an estimate and within a week it was installed!
Se did almost 250ft of gutters and gutter guards!
Everything looks AMAZING!

We had all the gutters replaced on our single story home and the guys were able to get it all done in one day. Everything looks great, but they’ve assured me if any issues arise they’ll come back and make it right. While replacing the gutters, they even offered to fix some issues with our soffit for just the cost of materials and no additional labor fee. They’re a great value for the quality of their work.

I can’t speak to other peoples’ experience, but Chris was responsive for the entire process and the workers showed up exactly when they said they would. It was a completely painless process all around - a welcomed change compared to all the contractors I’ve been working with lately.

Called and spoke with Chris yesterday on 6/4 and we arranged for him to come by my house at 1:00pm the following day 6/5 to give us an estimate. 1:40pm came and I called and left a voicemail. No response. Also sent him a text message. No response. Still haven’t heard from him and it’s now 6:30pm. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a common problem with Chris. I would not recommend someone who just doesn’t show up or call and makes you waste a Sunday waiting on him to possibly show up.

I was pleasantly surprised by their amazing customer service and attention to detail in the labor. I had gone to two other companies and neither convinced me, but Great Danes price and customer service was by far superb. Very happy with my experience.

Chris was very professional when he came to do an estimate to my house. I had gotten a few estimates before I found his company. The other companies that came to do an estimate were very pushy and didn’t explain what was wrong with my gutters but Chris took his time to walk around and explain in detail what was going on and how he could help. His price was also a lot better than the other companies. My gutters look great and the gutter guards also look amazing!!!

Called them last Thursday and they they just finished replaced our fascia and our gutters, it was quick and easy

This so called company was referred to me by Home Advisor. They presented themselves as a caring, knowledgeable and qualified Father & Son business with years of experience. Great Dane Gutters is far from experienced, not reliable and stole $7500 from me and left the job after I refused to sign 2 new contracts. They not only left the job INCOMPLETE they DESTROYED MY NEW ROOF, LEFT 6 VENT HOLES OPEN TO ANIMALS & ELEMENTS, DID NOT WRAP THE FACIA OR EAVES IN METAL, AND ONLY INSTALLED 1/4 of the SOFFIT. THE GUTTERS THEY USE ARE NOT SEAMLESS! THEY DIDNT EVEN REPLACE ALL OF THE GUTTERS THEY REMOVED EXPOSING MY ENTIRE HOME TO EXTENSIVE FUTURE DAMAGE AROUND THE FOUNDATION, EXPOSED FACIA, EXPOSED SOFFIT & WOODEN DECK. Pastor & Christopher Romero were hired 10/12/20 they said “they would be doing the job” and it would be complete within 2 weeks. My gutters were immediately torn off and immediately there were discrepancies in the work being done and the agreement. The contract is very vague and never having gutters installed before I really wasn’t sure what a standard contract should even look like.However, the verbal job description and explanation of their work was discussed in debts. Through observation it was clear the father (Pastor)was the one with experience & and not his son Christopher. Soon after the job began the father “Pastor” no longer wanted to work with his son Christopher Romero at that point I was missing drip edge, no soffit and he had not even installed my gutters. Then Christopher informed me that he was going on vacation to Miami and having his crew install the gutters he then said they don’t speak English but are good workers. He brings them over the begin work days later literally installing in the dark to finish the day. They were to show up in 2 days no show then unexpectedly showed 2 days later and parked 4 houses down w this “New Contract” Christopher had no intention of completing my job or he wouldn’t have parked 4 doors down. I’m a single 51 year old w 1 child still home, why else would you park 4 houses down? He called police to get his tools and has left my home destroyed. Don’t do business with them

We have a barn style home over in Bardstown that we visit once a month. 3 years ago we decided to invest in leafguard and what a terrible idea that was. In January we noticed that it was clogged and there was no way to unclog the gutters. We ignored the problem, Covid happened and we didn’t visit our house for quite sometime so we neglected our home. fast forward to last month when we decided to go check on it and there was a horror show. Not only was the leafguard gutter completely over filled, when they promised that will never happen but, it was apparent that water was literally dumping all over one spot of my home where two roofs meet to the point that I had water entering my basement. You can imagine how angry I felt about investing 24 thousand dollars into a “maintenance free” system that never worked. Luckily, my neighbors recently hired Great Dane Gutters and loved their work. They promised me that they are two honest professionals that will take care of our problem. So we gave them our trust and we were beyond satisfied. Truly, they are the ones who you should trust to take care of this line of work for you. Not only are they very informative but, they take great pride in taking care of their customers. At least they took great pride in caring for my neighbors as well as myself.

Great company, and even better service. Chris actually cares for the customer. Chris took his time and explained everything that was going on with my gutters and wood surrounding it. Apparently whoever installed our old gutters screwed them in every 7ft, on top of the forward pitching allowed up to see the sky from under the gutter! Chris explained that the best way to ensure a proper fix to our new system is to put brackets every 18 inches. Let me tell you, my new gutters are more solid than it has ever looked.
