Submitted a claim to redo our roof and within a week and a half we had a new roof. Communication was great and turn around time was even better! Super happy with the way it all turned out. Will be referring graystone to all friends and family and using them in the future!

Jaren helped us with a large project at St Mary’s Romanian Orthodox Church. We were caught in an insurance claim that seemed to be at a standstill. Initially insurance only wanted to cover part of our roof and paid us very little money. They estimated the total repairs for both sanctuary, meeting hall, and other trades to be under $15k. The board discussed reaching out for professional help, and I suggested Jaren. He replaced my personal roof a few years prior, and we had a great experience.
We requested Jaren come and inspect the roof and advise us on how to proceed. Jaren was able to document and negotiate with the adjuster and come to an agreement for insurance to cover a full roof replacement on all (6) buildings, new gutters, paintwork, among other things.
His expertise allowed us to accomplish the repairs needed to restore our church to a new and improved condition. In addition to negotiating with our insurance carrier, he was able to coordinate, manage, and complete all work in a timely manner and without disrupting our church’s schedule.
I really recommend him and his company for the outstanding service!

My go to roofer. As a realtor I need contractors to go to the property and get me information and bids out quickly. They do that! They will meet with your insurance company and help navigate you through the process. They have been in business for a while. Most of all they do great work!! This review is long overdue, I am just now getting the time to sit down and write it! We were referred by a mutual friend to contact Jaren for a large and extreme makeover on our new home. Meeting with Jaren I could tell right away that he EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his profession. He will go out of his way to make sure that he takes care of his clients and gives you quality work for a fair cost! We had a HUGE makeover done on our home and to this day we get compliments from SO many neighbors and family members. The work they did was gorgeous! Even after the work was complete Jaren was still willing to go out of his way to help us with small things in the house that needed fixing or that we had questions about. He didn't just complete the job and cut off the relationship with us which is most definitely how you maintain good business. We have even had other contractors that have done some landscaping work on our home say they would trust Jaren to do any job in their home. I believe that is the highest paid compliment one can receive. If another contractor says they would trust Jaren to do a job in their home, then that tells me the work is quality! I had some shingles that were faulty. The roof had been put on by a previous owner. After review by Graystone Contracting, he was able to identify the manufacturer. He contacted the manufacturer and they fully covered the repair with no out of pocket.

Super friendly and professional. Superb service and detailed and appropriate follow-up. They took care of all required paperwork and communication with the shingle manufacturer.
