We recently hired Justin with Grayfox Design & Build to replace the roof on my home, and I am extremely satisfied with the results! From the initial consultation to the final inspection with Justin, their team was professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process and provided a detailed estimate, so there were no surprises along the way. We had a leak in our roof, and Andrew Carter with Grayfox stopped by to give us an estimate for repairs or to replace the whole thing. He then did some temporary repairs to help prevent further leaking for free. Very professional and very helpful.

After the recent March storms, we had lost a few shingles. Andrew Carter repaired our roof. Only took 2-3 hours, very professional. He also painted the roof ventilation pipes a nice taupe color. Justin at Grayfox Design & Build just helped us through a roof replacement and I could not recommend them enough. Our insurance company was a little difficult, but Justin was able to guide us every step of the way, and he had our backs the entire time. His communication was clear and timely, and all workers on his crew were polite, prompt and respectful.

And as far as the finished product, our roof/house is now the talk of the neighborhood. I personally would never have called a roof beautiful before, but boy am I happy with the end result.

Justin and his crew did a fabulous job on our home prior to moving in! We closed in July and they were in that very next weekend starting. We had them strip all the wallpaper, paint the entire home, including trim and cabinets, replace the backsplash, close off an interior window with drywall. The whole job went really smoothly and Justin was always great at communicating with us! We highly recommend Justin and his team and will absolutely be using them for larger projects in the future!

We were extremely happy with Justin's team's work. We had our floors redone to wood-look tile, had masonry done for the fireplace, and had the drywall in our living room repaired and painted to blend. We were very happy with all aspects of the work and Justin was very communicative the whole time. Would use Gray Fox again for future floor/masonry work!

Greyfox did an outstanding job on our home rebuild project from beginning to end!! This is our second time working with Justin on home repairs/renovation projects where we needed to file an insurance claim and he is fantastic at communicating with insurance companies from beginning to end which was really helpful for us as we were navigating uncharted waters. Justin was extremely patient and responsive to the millions of questions we had throughout the process of the sizable home rebuild project we had on our hands. The company did a phenomenal job rebuilding our kitchen and refinishing most of the flooring throughout our house and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Justin will 100% be our first call on any future home renovations/projects/repairs! We have had great experiences working with Justin and would highly recommend the company to anyone!!!

Highly recommend Justin and his crew at Grayfox! They are so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through the whole insurance and roof replacement process. Our insurance was definitely not the most easy to deal with but Justin was always very on top of it and thorough with his reports, spending extra time to make sure that we didn’t pay for anything that was legitimately caused by the roof damage and storms. Justin and his team at Grayfox were at my house within hours of the hail storm at hit North Plano/McKinney on 5.19.23 making sure the house was ok. They are great at dealing with the insurance companies and had crews out tarping broken windows and skylights first thing Saturday morning.
