Bill was great to work with! He came out promptly to give me a quote on the work we needed done and so far I am very satisfied with the work he’s done. Communication has been great, he’s very respectful, and fairly priced. Would highly recommend.

We used this company to put gutters on our brand new garage. We soon after discovered water was leaking into our soffits and walls, all of our insulation was soaked and full of ants by the time we noticed the issue. We had our builder come out and inspect. He found the gutter install was terrible and the company had mangled the roof drip edge to stuff the gutter up on the shadow board. They told me they were going to install on the shadow board but I didn't know they were going to destroy the drip edge on my brand new garage to do so and create water problems. I Tried contacting the New owner and he wanted nothing to do with it and did not make any effort to correct the issue. Resolved the issue with a different company. I was very disappointed with the quality of work and lack of integrity.

In May of 2022 they came out and gave me an excellent quote for gutters. They asked for a 50% deposit do to the cost of some of the gutters. I paid and asked if late July/early Aug would be an issue for getting the gutters done.
Spoke via email and phone about once a month, and they responded. Come late July I reached out about scheduling and they said mid August. I said excellent and left it at that. Late August I called and no response, emails were not returned. I was able to get an answer when I called with a friends phone. They promised a early-mid September installation. I clarified that the last week in September we would be unavailable and they said it would absolutely be completed by then.
Morning of Sep 19th they called and asked if today was a good day, I said yes and max preparation to leave work. Shortly after they called and said they were missing some parts and if we could reschedule. I said yes, I would be back Oct 2nd and if that would work. The owner said he was personally driving to get the missing pieces that day and would see me Oct 2nd. I planned to take the day off from work. Late morning on the 2nd I heard nothing, I call and no answer and I send an email, no response. I borrowed my friends phone and they pick right up. They are still missing the parts, and forgot to let me know.
I said I completely understand delays that they can’t control but would just like an update etc. owner promised to call/email by the end of the week with an update.
No call, so the next week I drove out to get my deposit back.
They didn’t put up much of a fight returning the deposit, that’s the only positive. The reason I wanted to write this is to save future customers the headaches.
Almost 6 months of telling me that everything is good when in fact it isn’t. I am glad that I ended up not having gutters installed by them, I can’t imagine trying to reach them if there had been a problem after the instal.
