I retained Grady Environmental Services to build a deck and sunroom at my home. He came out, listened to understand the project objectives and delivered on time and under budget. His staff was prompt to arrive on time each day, professional and courteous. A key thing that important to me was at the end of each project, they left my home clean and everything put back in place.

Grady Environmental Services replaced my front paver walkway with poured concrete and fixed a sunken driveway at my Columbia house. His team's professionalism and attention to detail made the finished job look great. The work was completed when promised.
If you need a dependable contractor I have no problem recommending Grady Environmental Services Mike Grady delivers results as promised!

The Metro Points Hotel was searching for a qualify contractor to perform several of our renovation projects, we received several proposal from different contractors but Grady Environmental Services proposal came in a slight higher than the others proposals but I choose Grady Environmental Services because their proposal was on time and his contractors was very professional doing our initiative site tour. I need to replace our roof, ballroom carpeting and wall paper throughout the hotel. After making my final decision to select Grady Environmental Services to perform the projects that were completed under budget and on time as agreed, I was so impressed with their professionalism, performance and quality of materials they used, I had Grady Environmental Services assis me with the renovations of a second location that we owned in Washington, DC.
