You guys did a WINDERFUL job on that woman's roof! Its so nice to see a company be honest about their mistake. Ither companies would have not replaced the roof, charge for the demolition of the riof, and even send a quote for a replacement roof. Your company instead gave them the warranty after installing a new roof and advised them on how to save money with homeowners insurance using the new roof. Saved them $3,500 a year. You deserve the public's support and praises. Thank you.

Holy moly! Full disclosure: I have not used this company, nor do I even live in their area. But I saw the Inside Edition story on their "mess-up," and all I can say, as a fellow contractor, is that they do our industry proud for how they man-up to their mistakes, even when it costs them a lot. Here's hoping they get a ton more business and this "mistake" ends up a net-positive in the long run.

Just saw on Inside Edition digital from Shallotte, NC aboutut the address mix up. All I can say is if I needed a new roof in their area, this company would be the first called. Very honest and very understanding and very helpful according to the interview I saw. God bless this company

I am not a customer but I do have information on the real integrity upon which this business operates. They had made a mistake removing a roof from a house that was not their client. Instead of packing up and trying to avoid their error they immediately informed the homeowners and said they would finish the roof without cost. In my opinion if you live in the area of Graco Roofing I would take your business to them.

I would never use another roofing company! The crew was so respectful of our property, our home & most importantly our dogs! They made sure to keep our gate closed, which is very important to us. They were punctual, considerate & extremely nice. They advised us on the best materials for our needs. We are so happy with our new roof. Highly recommended!

Saw this company on a morning Inside Edition. The long story short - an employee made a very valid mistake which caused the wrong house to be re-roofed... Business owner is a square and upstanding individual who made it right by fixing their mistake and owning up to it. There's a large lacking in professionalism and ethics now, but not here. The values and customer service this company has is just the best. Xavier is absolutely amazing to work with and so knowledgeable. He was always there when I needed help with something or had questions. The guys did a great job on the roof and on cleaning up all the leftover debris. They worked so hard in the heat (with random bees) and finished it in about a day with some leftover cleaning the next morning. I have had the absolute best experience with this company and will recommend them to everyone!

Xavier over at Graco did an incredible job installing my new roof, gutters, and repairs to my garage door. Xavier was very responsive and willing to work around our schedule due to an early bedtime for our kid. He was extremely understanding and had his crew shut down before her bedtime. We were in the process of selling our house and needed the repairs done in a short period of time in order to close on the house. Xavier was able to complete the repairs ahead of schedule. It was quality work and I will be using him in the future for all roof and other repair needs.

Graco replaced our roof. From start to finish, this company was great to work with. Xavier was the best at getting everything handled with my insurance company and answered all of our questions. The crew that came out to replace our roof was professional and cleaned everything up when they were done. This process was made so simple with Graco. Use this company and know that you will be taken care of start to finish.

doing business with Caedan and Steven.They were super easy to work with and very professional. The roof install was as promised and we are very happy with the results. This company is the best in the area in doing complete roof tear off and replacement and working with your Home Owners insurance.

I had Graco do an upstairs bathroom update with a new shower, and update a few other things, on a condo I own.

During the install they were doing work on a bathroom, pulled a toilet, and sewage came out. They just pushed the toilet back down. Of course, those wax rings only work once, so it leaked leaving the tenant to clean things up and destroying the laminate floor in the bathroom. Any competent plumber knows that would happen, but they did nothing about it. They had some extra tile and replaced the flooring, for a fee, of course. I was willing to let that go.

There were a few minor glitches, but everything was ok for a while after that. Then there started to be water leaking downstairs in the kitchen, but we couldn't trace that down. Laminate floor in the kitchen started getting messed up. Then the downstairs ceiling started leaking. I thought it was grout, so I sealed the grout and caulked everything and repaired the ceiling. Then it seemed ok for a while, but then it happened again.

During this time I had a myriad of plumbers come out and look at this, giving all kinds of different opinions, like they couldn't track it down, or that the whole thing would have to be ripped out and redone. Finally, I found a competent plumber. I have video of water gushing out of the drain pipe. They said it was the wrong part and it was installed incorrectly, so it would periodically leak. So now it's fixed, with flooring and ceiling damage and probably mold. Probably thousands of dollars of damage.

The owner was less than helpful. The tenant was apparently not very helpful and ticked him off, and that's probably true, but who's the professional here?

Graco may be great for roofing, I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend them for general contracting.

They are a wonderful business to have working on your home and they did everything in a timely manner and quite quickly. I was very surprised when they started at 8am and finished at 4pm. They cleaned up very well and had smiles on their faces. I very much enjoyed having them come work on my roof. Thank you for being professional and doing a wonderful job! Very much would recommend them to anyone that needs a roof fixed or repaired!

Steven at Graco was easy to work with and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I was impressed with the communication and follow up for a small project.

I somehow deleted an earlier reference I posted. Prior to the above repair work just completed after the recent storm, Graco replaced my roof - working with the insurance company to insure I got everything needed and make sure it was up to code. During that project they also extended the roofline of our patio which came out looking great and within budget. I have recommended Graco to family and friends knowing Doug and his employees would treat them right and get the job done correctly.
