Grace Roofing did an amazing job on my mother's roof. She's on a fixed income and they were willing to work out a payment plan for her that was more than affordable. They were Fast, Friendly and Attentive to what she wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs.

Richard gave. His bid very quickly. He responds to emails and voice mails quickly. He was here when he said he would be and the job was done quicker than he said. The job is amazingly done. I love our new roof. It looks incredible. His prices were amazingly reasonable also. Very happy with GRACE ROOFING. I even love his company is named for his daughter! I highly recommend them for your job.

We needed to replace our tired roof badly. We had two companies make assessments of the roof and we didn’t hear back from them. Grace Roofing showed professionalism from the first point of contact. We called for a consultation, we were given the estimated cost, and the job was completed in the timeframe quoted. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently completing the roof in one day.

We were quite impressed with Grace Roofing and their professional service. We were out of town when they replaced our roof. We came home to a beautiful roof but miniscule evidence that a team of roofers had been there for two days. Every plant and piece of patio furniture was returned to its exact location; bushes were not damaged. Our roof was paid for by insurance, and Grace Roofing was one step ahead of everything the insurance company and bank needed from detailed quotes to before and after pictures. We are 100% pleased and recommend Grace Roofing highly.

Dealt with 2 other roofers before calling Grace Roofing. The first did a lousy job and then never came back to fix his issues. The second evaluated our problems left from the first guy and then was too busy to return calls. Grace Roofing spent a long time checking our roof, gave a fair estimate, showed up on time and completed work on time. They were friendly, pleasant people to deal with and my roof hasn't leaked since. Couldn't be happier.

From the date I first contacted Grace Roofing to the completion of my roof repair was only 5 days! They responded to my email within one day...came out and completed a free repair estimate within 3 days...and fixed the leak 2 days later. Richard sent photos of the sections that needed to be repaired and then "after pics" of the completed repairs. Super professional and friendly service. So glad I was able to find them!

Grace Roofing and Construction was a dream come true. We were able to get two chimneys removed, a new roof, work on gutters, hoses that were an eyesore covered in vinyl, vinyl siding on our back porch and new shutters all around the house with one quick call and a visit from Richard. We had an estimate in 2 days and they were in our yard and working in 2 weeks. Within days they were finished, cleaned up and out of there. The work was top notch and his wife was on the phone letting us know everything that was going on. If you don't want to call 3 or 4 companies out to take care of several jobs Grace Roofing and Construction is the company you need.

Needed to identify a roof leak in an odd location quick; called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for the following Monday. Highly professional tradesman and would recommend to anyone that needs metal roof repairs.

Richard and his crew did a great job with a complete roof replacement. We went from asphalt shingle to standing seam panels. The craftsmanship was excellent, it was apparent all the extra time they spent making sure the flashing and angular cuts were installed and sealed perfectly. They did an great job not messing up any flower beds or our garden during the demo as well.

Richard is the owner of this company and did the work personally to perfection. He was reliable, honest and professional. We needed roof repairs from a prior storm and had another leak from wear and tear from where the gutter edge was cutting into the roof. He took quality pictures of each problem area and gave us a detailed quote explaining what was needed. He also painted the stained interior roof in our foyer which is amazing and will save us having to get the whole room painted. He helped a ton by hanging a shutter that had been blown off. All of these details shows his dedication to quality work. We would definitely use him again!
