Grace builders built our home , they were a pleasure to have around. They did an excellent job , very precise on everything they did . They added suggestions when we weren’t sure and did exactly what they said they would do. We can’t say enough good about them. We remodeled an old farmhouse by tearing it down to the studs, adding a wrap around porch, and new garage. Pete was literally an answer to our prayers. After having a horrible experience with a previous contractor, it was an amazing experience to be able to just sit down and talk to someone with both integrity and competency. His consistency and honesty during the project kept my wife and I moving forward when decisions and roadblocks seemed to never end. He was bold enough to guide our decisions, yet humble enough to listen and redirect if asked to. While we were focused on a budget, he would be looking at how are we going to create a HOME for the next 50 years.
Pete is a true craftsman. From my wife's artistic inspiration he brought to life such things as weathered wood cabinets and a custom rock fireplace with shiplap mantel. Now, as I sit and admire our new home, I can't help but think of the joy and comradery shared with Pete that summer and how God must have had a plan and Grace Builders was a part of it.

Grace Builders did an excellent job building our retirement home. Pete and his crew were respectful in their speech and actions on our homesite. They offered good design ideas and the craftsmanship was top notch. They were able to execute a new, modern, and innovative technique for air tight homes, and we love it.
