I am a homeowner who removed a manufactured wood-burning fireplace (rusting, drafty) to be replaced with a new electric fireplace. After removing the mantle, legs and bricks, I needed a carpenter to reframe the opening, making the opening smaller with a level shelf for the new fireplace, add a firebreak in the wood-siding fireplace chase where the vent pipe was removed and add/replace baseboard. I came to this web site to search for a carpenters to hire directly. Home repair contractor finder sites mainly served up general contractors, most never returned my message/call. The Jason at Graber Innovations responded quickly. The tolerances for the fireplace were tight. The crew showed up on time and we discussed the project in more detail. I had the new fireplace delivered earlier so they would have it for reference. In a few hours they completed the framing and finished with a test fitting of the actual unit. A drywall contractor had no problem fitting new drywall to accommodate the now-smaller opening. We asked for them to return to fit the baseboard after the wall was painted and the vinyl-plank flooring was fit. We called when the room was ready, they fit us into their calendar about 5 days later. These are reliable craftsmen that a homeowner or contractor can trust to do good work in a reasonable time.

Came over one day to check things out and give me an estimate on a new steel roof. A short time later we had a break in the weather and in just two days the roof was on the house the add-ons and my garage. Great guy to work with and he comes and checks back And inspects the work that was done
