The owner genuinely cares about his customers. He worked with my insurance company who was being very difficult, and got them to understand the severity of my homes damage. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to these guys. I could’ve been taken advantage of by my insurance company and by another contractor, instead, I have a perfect installation and peace of mind. Thank you GP Roofing & Remodeling! Now my neighbors are using them! Customer service still matters today!
Eric and his crew did some work at our home last summer. His bid was fair, work was excellent, and it was all cleaned up prior to leaving. Very professional while still personable. We loved keeping our business in our city, and we will use them again! Highly recommend!
At the beginning of this year we had a back up we contracted GP remodeling and roofing to get our house back to normal. The work is not very uniform and not detail orient. Our previous floors had no chips to them and now with brand new floors, we have chipped floors. The new doors were not sanded down on the sides so we rough sides. Maybe a good roofing company but not so much for redoing a house.
