We were referred to Layton at Gorilla Roof and as soon as we met I felt we were in good hands. Layton is honest, responsive, patient, and professional. The crew did a great job and everything was done efficiently and exactly as promised, at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend Layton and Gorilla Roof, and definitely know who to call the next time we need anything roof related.

Do not, again I say do not use this company! They completely ruined our driveway cracked it up and down all six portions of it by bringing a heavy truck that has no business being on our driveway you can load from the street. I’ve talked to multiple people and they said that’s what normal roofing companies do.

When I called the owner, he said oh well that happened sometimes we don’t fix it and made a false claim that he’s never fixed one come to find out. He has ruined other peoples driveways and had to fix them. He stated based on their contract that we waived all rights to an insurance claim for their company so even if they do something to your house, you’ve signed away that you will not do an insurance claim on them.

Not to mention they left debris and nails all over our backyard and we have a one-year-old. We found about 15 nails and the person we were working with told us they would do a sweep. We ended up having to do on ourselves.

Victor of Gorilla roof has been great. He walked me through roof replacement and repairs. The roof was replaced on and the schedule drawn out was maintained. Victor was always on time very open and honest. I used him to have another properties flat roof repaired. I am totally satisfied with both jobs. Our roof was damaged by the hailstorms of Spring 2023. Akeem was the contact person who oversaw all aspects of the job from start to finish. He gave us realistic timeframes for completion and never gave the sales pitch. He met with each of the insurance inspectors. Gorilla's estimate was spot on and the insurance covered everything to replace the roof and gutters, minus our deductible. The company discovered a previously unsuspected problem area in a dead valley over our covered patio and correctly engineered the solution that met modern codes and recommendations. The workers were respectful of our property and landscaping and did an excellent job of clean-up after each day's work was done. This company did several roofs in our HOA neighborhood and all that I talked to were very pleased with the quality of the work. I would absolutely trust this comapany for any future roofing needs.

Great guys ,Knowledgeable about roof systems, have been very active when with helping us with a difficult flat roof system. Still waiting for a final bid so I do not know how expensive they are.

In the summer of 2022, I hired Gorilla Roofing to do a major upgrade on my older A-frame home and garage. The job included removal of old steel, two layers of shingles, and replacement of 10+ decking boards. The height and steep pitch of the roof required much of the work to be done from ropes and ladders at an altitude of 9200’. The crew did a high quality job with no incidents. The roofing team was responsive to my questions and requests during the project, and Gorilla’s project team leader in particular really went above and beyond to make sure every detail hit the mark.

As an insurance professional I was nervous about finding a roofer. I heard so many horror stories. GorillaRoof was recommened to me by a friend who had a great experience with them. I had a squirrel in my attic and my wife was worried about hail damage from previous storms since many of our neighbors had their roofs replaced. Ed was very easy to deal with via email and we set up a time to have him come out to look at the roof. The roof on my house is concrete tile so while it is very durable it is also easy to damage if you do not know how to walk on it. Fortunately the recent bit of snow that we had cleaned off the tiles as they can get slippery with dust. Ed quickly located the most likely place where the squirrel had entered my attic and was able to move the shingles back where they belonged to make sure it could not get back into the attic. While he was on the roof he also checked the overall condition of the roof. Ed said that while there were a couple of tiles that had small crack in them the the roof overall was in very good shape. The cost for the roof repair was very reasonable and the reassurance that we had not missed out on getting our roof replaced the previous hail storm was not true. My wife had nagged me several times about why do all of our neighbors get new roofs and we don't.

Ed provided me with pictures of the cracked tiles as well the hole where the squirrel was getting into the attic so i was happy that I could show my wife that the roof was in fine condition.

When/if my roof ever does need to be replaced I know who I will be calling for an estimate.

Layton was very helpful throughout this process. He was kind, explained everything, and responded very quickly. His crew did quick work and an excellent job. Highly recommend them - would definitely use them again.

First, let me start by saying I chose Gorilla Roof because they are a local company and I did not want to use one of those fly by night Storm Chaser companies looking to make a quick buck.

After working with the owner Ed, I truly do appreciate him coming to my home personally and truly listening and understanding my frustrations. Overall the work was completed and looks great.

Layton came out, inspected our roof, and gave an honest assessment of damage from hail. No work was needed, but we appreciate the pro-activeness and the honesty!

Buyer beware as always, work was done well enough (finally, was several months without gutters). Wasted a lot of time letting inspector come when furnace vents weren't hooked up to roof, and then they straight up ignored my several requests for itemized work done, tried to charge thousands for work they didn't do and lied about how they get the insurance money whether that work is done or not.
I finally sent them itemized list of what they'd done and what insurance was paying, and asked for several hundred back that I'd already paid them - they went silent. At least they stopped asking for more money.

Took care of our roof and gutters after the hail storm of 2018. I would recommend to anyone wanting a job done right the first time. Very professional and courteous thought out the process.

Gorilla Roof made sure that they kept our property clean and mess free when they were done! We have a little own and the owner walked through our yard to make sure no nails were left behind that our little one could step on. The team was respectful and helped us move our gutters once they were done with the roof so our yard wouldn’t flood anymore. Well done!

Gorilla Roof replaced two roofs for me. My primary residence, and a rental which I own. He worked with the insurance company and adjusters to replace the entire roofs. My only expense was the deductibles. They were very prompt and speedy in the replacement of both roofs considering they were shake roofs and replaced with concrete tiles.I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism.
