Customers are fully satisfied

Goose Painting recently completed an exterior paint job for us, and we’re very happy with the results. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and paid close attention to detail. The house looks great. Would definitely recommend them.

Goose and his crew were great to work with. Super responsive, always on time, and very professional. They did a great job on some interior work including replacing damaged baseboards, and also thoroughly powerwashed our fence before staining. Highly recommend!

We are EXTRAORDINARILY DELIGHTED to have had Goose Painting beautifully and professionally refresh our home and free-standing garage in early-mid July 2025 by repairing damaged woodwork, power washing in heavily-landscaped areas, applying primer as necessary, and painting siding, trim, shutters, and railings (double coat!)! Multiple neighbors have stopped by or written to tell us how much they like the colors and to ask about Goose. We'd watched daily as "Team Goose" refreshed a neighbor's house two doors down -- impressive! To start, Juan Mejia, owner of Goose Painting (ask "Why Goose?") presented a professional and detailed itemized quote of materials, work to be done, and labor costs--by far the best quote of four, AND he provides a one-stop shop for purchasing materials, and labor for carpentry, power washing, painting. He professionally followed up in all communications, explained in detail the work that had to be done, brought carpenter by beforehand to explain needs, and so on. THE CREW -- Wow! Each member of the crew was SO polite, respectful of space and noise, delightfully professional, PUNCTUAL every day, solicitous, and really knew how their jobs had to be done without hesitation. (They are FAST, efficient, knowledgeable, and just the best I could have asked for.) Our home was new 15 years ago, so needed a major exterior refresh -- hardiplank siding with wood trim, shutters and railings had gotten moldy and all had faded terribly into "ugh" bland colors, and there was some rot on wood porch railings, roofline crown molding, and fascia. "Team Goose" had the rot torn of our 3-story house on Day One, then over next several days replaced woodwork, sawed and primed wood to rebuild porch railings by hand, sanded and primed as needed, power washed the house and garage taking care to cover our many plantings and then sprayed them down with water afterwards (happily everyone survived), and handpainted the entire house and garage with two coats (no spray painting done here!). Although we chose the colors, I think the crew (and Juan) took ownership and were secretly a little excited to be painting a house with an unusual color palette (i.e. no basic white trim with black shutters here -- our trim is pale green, shutters are "merlot" and a sky blue porch ceiling (love it)). Juan painted test samples of all colors together first, when we wanted to switch out a couple of the original choices, Juan had our new choices here within hours to test and he and Team Goose were patient! Juan also took care to use proper paints for wood, metal (e.g. garage door), and plastic window frames. Each day Team Goose cleaned up after themselves, and upon project completion they left the house, garage, and landscaping clean and in good order.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
