Disappointed is an understatement. Our project was to start last Spring and be done so we could enjoy our outdoor space for the Summer. We paid our deposit in February and didn’t hear a word from Jordan for two months. Each step of the way we had to initiate communication. It was always an excuse that there had been a vacation or time out of the office and we would see someone soon. Concrete in May, weeks with no contact, little more work, week or two no contact. It was beyond frustrating. We spent our entire Summer with an unusable back patio. Finally by October the majority of the job was done but the post wrap needed replaced as the one that was installed was pieced together and did not look professional at all. I couldn’t tell you when the post wrap was replaced since Jordan never reached out saying someone was coming. It was sometime between October and this Spring. When we finally noticed it had been replaced we had to again reach out to get a final bill. Such poor communication and a job that spanned nearly a year left a terribly sour taste in our mouth for Goode Guy. We will be looking elsewhere for our remodel needs.

Extremely pleased with the high quality of workmanship and professional approach to our updating of kitchen. Scott made excellent suggestions and guides us through the decision making process and informed us of how the work would be performed. His suggestion on the installation of a wine cabinet along with change in microwave placement created a very pleasing addition to the kitchen. Pricing was reasonable,

We finished our remodel from Goode Guy Construction a few weeks ago, and my husband and I look at each other and say we can’t believe we live in such a beautiful house! Goode Guy Construction does the highest quality work while being professional and responsive to questions, etc. The offer an excellent value and will work with you and your budget. We had our first floor redone, and they were very prompt and finished when they said they would. I cannot recommend Goode Guy Construction enough!

It's been four years since Scott's crew did our bathroom remodel. It looks just as good today as it did the day his crew finished the job. The whole process of the complete remodel took three days and was executed with military precision. We've never had a contractor on any type of job who did such a perfect job!

Jordan made replacing my old flooring (linoleum in the kitchen and pantry and carpet in the kitchen), dated, burnt-out lighting, and countertops, amazingly easy.

I am not an avid watcher of HGTV nor do I read Home Beautiful magazine; what I wanted was a clean, attractive, modern look at a reasonable price and done in a timely manner.

I did not tell Jordan what my budget was but he came in at a fair price and I signed the contract right away without checking any other options. I felt totally comfortable with my decision and even more so, now that the job is completed.

Jordan said the project would take no more than 3.5 days. It took 2 days. I found a few items that needed attention and they were promptly fixed.

All of the workers cleaned up when they were finished.

I have nothing but high praise for Jordan and company.

I am extremely happy with my new kitchen, thanks to Goode Guy. I asked Scott to make my kitchen and dining room more functional for my family, and that's exactly what the crew did. I love that Scott walked me through every part of the project, as this was my first construction experience. I got to choose what I wanted but had his experience and knowledge to guide me. The crew was respectful and kind and I am very grateful for their hard work. They got the project done in a week! Goode Guy helped create a space where my family wants to live. Thank you!

There was a slight mix up with my kitchen cabinets, otherwise I would have rated them 5 stars. Very happy with the completed project, Scott was very responsive to all my questions. Though small my new kitchen is beautiful and just what I needed. Scott was very helpful picking materials, etc. Overall a very good experience. Thank You!

GoodeGuy construction has completely remodeled two bathrooms for us and we couldn’t be happier! Absolutely great company to work with. Our bathroom renovation was a big job. It was done to perfection by a great crew. Scott was very helpful in the planning phase and very responsive when the project had some extra kinks that weren’t expected. So great to have a big job done in a weeks time. It is just beautiful and we are very happy with the results.

Scott was wonderful to work with! He was so prepared with all of our options (and had some great suggestions as well) with the bathroom remodel. It all turned out great and was completed in five days even with moving walls and reconstructing a cedar closet! We would definitely recommend Scott to help with bathroom remodeling! Excellent!

GoodeGuy Construction has become our go too Construction company for updating/remodeling our house. Their team is very professional and take pride in what they do. Their work is great value and quality.

First off, they should change their name to Great Guys. They exceeded our expectations with service, turnaround time, and the finished product itself. We had a project that spanned multiple parts of our home and they got it all done in the 3 days we were out of town. It was great walking back in and seeing the changes and upgrades without having to do any work ourselves. Give them a call they’re great.

They have done a primary bathroom remodel and deck rebuild for us. Both projects were done in a reasonable amount of time and the crews were courteous and professional. We are very happy with their work.

Very responsive from the start, listening, sharing ideas and helping us understand how to make the most impact for our needs within our budget. Jordan took us to the showroom early on and gave us detailed pricing soon afterward. They stuck to the budget and the timeline with no surprises. The crew was very professional and careful to clean up after themselves. (They even sent a cleaner the day after they finished.) The results are beautiful! They came to us highly recommended and we also give them kudos for an excellent job on our new dream kitchen!

We hired Goode Guy Construction to do a living room/kitchen remodel that included removing a load-bearing wall and installing hardwood flooring throughout the remodeled area. We had an island, new cabinets and quartz countertops installed as well, and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. We were back in our home in a week, as promised, and the transformation is incredible. We have already recommended the crew of professionals at Goode Guy to family and friends and will definitely contact Scott the next time we are in the market for a redesign.

We had our kitchen remodeled June 2017. We were/are extremely pleased. We were out of the house for a week while the major renovations took place and then a couple of days after we moved back home they finished everything up. There were a few items that needed to be touched up but they were quick to come out and get them finished up. Here is a picture of our after! We definitely would recommend them and would use them again for future remodels!

I can't review the quality of Goode Guy's work but I can review their follow and commitments to their customers. We requested a quote to replace a screen door in October. Someone was onsite very quickly to review and provide an estimate. The estimate was provided in a very timely manner but after acceptance of the estimate our experience turned sour. We were originally told we could be squeezed in sometime in November. After not hearing from them we followed up again in January to be told 'next week'. It is now March and we haven't heard anything from them, even after several emails and phone calls. I realize our door replacement is a very small job but Goode Guy's has last my confidence for any remodeling project we may have in the future. If you want the job done I would look elsewhere.
