GSR was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate for roof replacement. Jordan Harris arrived in a few hours, inspected the roof, and provided an estimate that same day. The roof was replaced in about a week. I am impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness with which they answered my questions. I would highly recommend GSR to anyone who is looking for roof repairs or replacement.

I was very impressed. Jordon came out to inspect my roof and found a couple of places that needed some attention. He took care of them on the spot. I would recommend them for any roofing or projects. I will definitely call them for my next project. Thank you so much.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Over a six-month period, Good Shepherd came to my home at least eight times to try to fix recurring problems with the gutters they installed:

* Improperly installed drip edge (multiple times)
* Gutters not draining; leaking against fascia
* Gutters frequently overflowing
* Gutters visibly scratched and dented
* Gutters installed crooked; shingles not re-aligned correctly

They replaced the front gutter three times, and it's still not functioning properly. As I write this, it's raining … and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I’m now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over.

Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself … only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes.

I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn’t.

I'm leaving this review as a warning: This company cost me time, money, and months of stress. Choose wisely.

I love the work Good Shepherd did on my roof. They fixed a roof leak that has been leaking for a while, and another roofer couldn’t get to the root cause of my roof leak. But Good Shepherd came and solved my roof leak problems. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Connor is a sweetheart as well as Tracy who’s their receptionist and Dustin Taylor the manager of the company. I love this team. They work together to make sure you get the best repairs to your roof. And I’m very happy because we no longer have a roof leak

Jordan Harris from Good Shepherd did an excellent job replacing a few shingles that blew off my roof. He came out quickly and was extremely professional. If you need any type of roof repair I HIGHLY recommend Good Shepherd Roofing. This has been an ongoing problem with my roof and he took the time to do the job right. I have hired handymen in the past to work on this trouble spot but what I really needed was Jordan's roof expertise to correctly fix them problem for good.

I called to get a roof inspection to investigate a leak. Jordan was able to come out the same day to give the inspection. He was able to find the issue. He came back the following day to complete the repairs all within 24 hours. Very much appreciate the swiftness to get the repair complete and the kindness that was provided throughout!

Good Shepherd provided me with a quote for a home I was in Due Diligence for that needed a new roof. We ended up backing out of the house for other reasons but Good Shepherd was so professional and responsive. Also their quote was the most reasonable and thorough. If I could have used this company I 100% would. I will be using them for all my future roofing needs!

Amazing!!! Came out the same day that I called and were incredibly nice and helpful. They did such a thorough inspection of my roof and let me know exactly what needed to be done. They repaired my roof the same day and sent me photos of the pre and post inspection! I honestly have not had this kind of service before. I had some Gutters that were installed by the builder and of course the builder cut corners, unfortunately builders warranty was expired so I had to find someone to fix. Good Shepherd exceeded my expectations for not only the cost but actually getting the job done when they said they would . I would definitely hire them again.

They provided me with a quote with 48 hours of my request. The price they gave me, was the price at completion, which was able to be done within 2 weeks of my initial phone call. They did a great job. The roof looks good. They were professional and polite. I would use them again.

Submitted a request for GSR Free Roof Inspection on 20250318 via their website. Dustin called shortly afterward to gather any add'l information not already submitted as well as the preference for scheduling. He scheduled a team to evaluate the roof the following morning (20250319), which was best for us. Connor phoned in the late morning (20250319) stating they were about 15-20 minutes away and whether this timing was good to perform the inspection. Connor and Jordan arrived, again asked a few questions, got a sense of what our expectations and concerns were, and then got to work. After the inspection, they presented what they had found, which were relatively minor issues such as popped nail heads, some corrosion around an exhaust vent, a penetration boot that showed some wear, and a piece of bent siding on our shed roof. Connor had some photos to back up what was verbally communicated. I asked what it would cost to correct these minor issues and when it could be handled. Connor stated, that given the number and severity of the issues, there would be no charge and he and Jordan could have it done in short order. I again offered to pay GSR for the work, which was declined. Connor and Jordan corrected the nail pops in the shingled area and around one of the vent boots, covered a few others with weather sealant, and corrected the small bent piece of siding.

We were not only surprised but very thankful these gentlemen and GSR visited. They will be the first organization we contact should we need roofing services, either repairs or a replacement.

WOW! Incredible !!! Honesty and Integrity are hard to find these days, but they have both. Inspected my roof and it is very minor problem that I was shown what to do myself and save money.

Needed a roof mounted replacement cap for my dryer vent as the old one that was made of plastic disintegrated after 20-years. I researched the item and purchased a new metal cap with damper that wouldn't "trap" lint and keep out insects and bugs. After the item arrived I felt I could do the job myself but after getting on the ladder and attempting to hoist my 72 year old body up on the steep incline, I came to my senses and put the ladder back. Reached out over a couple of days to 3-companies to get someone out to come do the work. One replied the project wasn't in their scope of work and the other two never returned my call. Asking around, I was given the name of Good Shepherd Roofing in Dacula, GA. In short order I had an appointment made and scheduled to get the job done. At the appointed window of time (11:00 - 12:00 AM) the worker arrived at 11:30. Friendly and polite young man who went right to work. Within about 30-minutes, he had removed the old cap and installed the new one, caulked under it then nailed it in place. He then caulked around the cap to seal it to prevent any moisture or rain to leak through roof and/or the vent. Luckily I had some left over shingles from when I had my roof replaced about 10-years ago and using one, he was able to finish the repair. Other than myself knowing the vent was replaced, it is not noticeable and the new cap and work blends in well with the rest of the roof. It's hard at times in today's world to find people that deliver on their advertised services so it's refreshing when you get a professional who takes pride in what they do. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Good Shepherd Roofing to anyone needing a repair or perhaps a whole new roof!

I haven’t actually inspected their work because it’s on my barn roof but dealing with this company is tough. Make sure you talk with the same person all the time or you will get different stories. It took me 4 weeks to get 3 skylights replaced on my barn roof and that was 2 weeks more than it should have been but when the job was done, it looks like
It was done right, we’ll see when the next hard rain comes.

When State Farm denied my roof replacement claim, I proceeded with doing my due diligence to find a reputable licensed, bonded and insured roofing company. Good Shepherd responded immediately with sending an inspector, Dustin, who sent me a very reasonable estimate. The project was completed in one day! I received a completion letter with a photo report of the completed job. Payment of the deposit and final payment are extremely easy through their on-line QuickBooks options. Shout out to Tracy for her prompt, professional completion letter and photo report.

Responsive, prompt and courteous. We noticed a leak in our roof with bad storms in the forecast. Good Sheppard was able to send someone the same day to diagnose and repair the issue (cracked boot) before the rain could do any more damage. Dustin from Good Shepherd Roofing came to fix a leak in our master bedroom a few years ago and he went so far above in the details needed to investigate & repair, that when we needed our roof replaced, I called him. Now we have a brand new roof and the care this company has taken from start to finish is spectacular. My wife and I bought a home in March and had noticed several leaks in the roof. We had three roofing companies out to the home and inspect the roof and give us a quote. GS was not the cheapest but they seemed the most professional and knew their stuff. They matched a quote we received from another company and it saved us about $1,200. THANK YOU GS.
Love the color of the shingles we picked. Had a great experience with the salesman. After we paid our deposit on Thursday the roofing crew was out Monday to install our new roof. They did a wonderful job installing our roof. Looks great and I would absolutely use them again or recommend them to any of my friends and family.
They only reason I’m not dropping a 5 Star is because the following morning I had to pick up trash and nails on my driveway, and around the house.
I wish I could leave a 4.9 Star Review because the guys worked their tails off all day and they did their best to clean up as they finished.
They missed some trash and nails because it was dark outside.
