They did my roof in 2017 and did a fantastic job. They replaced all damaged plywood and cleaned up everything around the house. Then I had the house painted about 6 months later and they got some paint on a few of the new shingles. I called Assurance and they came out and fixed them the next day. Thanks great job.

My friend Duane answered my call and came out very quickly. He inspected my roof and repaired my attic vents that were leaking. He is very professional, honest and great at what he does!

Dustin worked on my claim with Allstate and finally got it approved! This was the 4th roofing company that worked on my claim with Allstate. I honestly had given up all hope and they actually got my roof approved. They are still working with Allstate as they are not easy to work with, but I have been very pleased with their work. They weren't afraid to deal with Allstate and knew exactly what needed to be done to get it approved. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had the roof installed in 2013 with a warranty against algae. I noticed algae growing around 2017 and mentioned it to the rep and by 2019 algae covered about 80% of the roof. I was told the shingles would repel the algae. I’ve tried contacting the company and the rep responsible for managing the install. The rep came out to take a look in 2019 and I’ve not heard anything since. I’ve since called the numbers I have for the company and texted the rep with no response. The initial work was good, but the follow up customer support fails. Plus the manufacturer’s product was not as good as they said. The nails used are so long you have to be careful when you’re standing in the attic.

Assurance roofing was the perfect partner for our new roof stemming from hail damage. Lance our sales guy was fabulous, worked directly with our insurer to get everything approved, even came out to meet with the insurance adjuster the day of the inspection. Always responsive, punctual, and professional, in short they did everything they said they’d do when they said they’d do it. Roof looks fantastic and haven’t found a single nail anywhere on our property. Thanks to Steven (the foreman on day of install) as well as Cesar the lead installer. Every single person I dealt with at Assurance during the process left a great impression which is so rare. Can not recommend Assurance more highly. Thank you Lance!

Duane was very quick to respond to my call and came out within 24 hours. He inspected our roof both with a drone and climbing up to check closer. Turns out it was a simple fix and he did it on the spot. He was kind, informative and professional. I definitely will call him again with any further roofing needs.

They let me know in advance when the weather would delay them and came when they said they would. The work was fast and they went over and above on this project even though they did not have to. I would absolutely refer them to anyone else.

Our salesman Hunter was awesome and very knowledgeable about roofing. He recognized the wind damage our roof had as well as saw our roof was a recalled style of roofing from the road. He helped us with our insurance company also. His crew completely removed the old roof and installed the new roof in one day. I would absolutely recommend Assurance Residential Roofing and Hunter.

Had a problem with their representative and his promises before Assurance Residential got a contract. Turned out that representative was not consulting the office prior to making promises.The owner got involved and personally called to mitigate the conflict, he fired that individual because that individual did not exhibit high ethical standard the company is committed to. The roof was replaced quick and with an excellent quality. No hassle with insurance as company took care of it. Well deserved rating.

Wow wow wow! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had when it came to getting something important done to my house. I've got to throw a shout-out to Hunter Parker and his amazing crew that made my roof look absolutely amazing! He showed professionalism in his quality of work and his friendly attitude made for a perfect experience. He also helped me fully understand the logistical side of my insurance policy and worked closely with the adjuster to ensure I got what I needed/wanted. Amazing job on our commercial roof. Beautiful workmanship with 13,000 square feet done in 10 hours. We are a day care and only have Saturdays available for projects like this. They committed about 24 workers to the effort and did a careful job with a thorough clean up.

I took a chance on him after my toddler invited him into the house one evening unannounced. I was a bit surprised when he appeared in my kitchen, but his personality and the humorous situation just won me over, so I convinced my husband to give him the job. We had a roof leak with internal damage. He and Duane put a tarp on our roof until the insurance adjuster could make it out to the house. The entire process was amazingly smooth from start to finish. There were no surprise expenses and the roof is beautiful. The crew did an excellent job not only taking the old roof off and putting the new one on, but cleaning up afterwards as well. Our neighbor, who used to work in roofing and was home at the time to watch the process, couldn’t say enough nice things about the job they did. The crew that did our interior work went above and beyond also. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and will always invite Blake into my kitchen, regardless of whether he is wearing work pants or concert attire! ;) Even my kids would leave a stellar review! According to my youngest child, “I love Mr. Blake; he’s a good roof man.”

After months of procrastinating my husband and I finally reached out to a sales man that several co-workers had given me the information for. Let’s just start by saying I wish we had sooner. Hunter was fantastic and put all of our worries at ease. He was very prompt and arrived exactly when he said he would. His inspection of our roof was very in depth, and he was happy to answer all the questions we had. As working parents with a young child we were concerned with having the time for the whole process. Hunter Parker was referred to me by a co-worker and I could not be more satisfied by the service I received. I live in an older neighborhood with many trees surrounding my house and covering my roof . We had a storm that came through that left tons of debris and limbs as the aftermath and I was uncertain the damage it may have caused .He was out the very next day and did a thorough inspection and exceeded my expectations. I had a sales guy by the name of Hunter Parker come to my house after a storm last week . He provided me with a free honest inspection of my home. First, he flew a drone around, and then got on my roof to get a even closer look. I had other companies coming by telling me my roof was damaged and I didn’t feel as if they were being completely honest. He told me everything looked fine and there were not any damages at all . He also said I can call him anytime to come by and look at my roof for free after every storm if I have any worries at all. I would highly recommend Hunter to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and honest inspection.

Assurance Residential did an outstanding job in replacing our roof. Erick and Chandler worked with us and the insurance company to get us approved for a new roof. They inspected the roof, marked every shingle damaged. They were present during the insurance appraiser inspection, and I think that their thoroughly professional job resulted in a rapid approval from the insurance company. The Assurance Residential crew that installed our roof was very efficient, professional, and very careful. The crew arrived early in the morning, and they were done the same day. The yard was completely cleaned and we did not find any roof debris after the installation. We were very pleased with Assurance Residential and we highly recommend them.

Assurance Residential was recommended to me by the largest commercial roofing supplier in Atlanta and the southeast. The supplier was a client of the law firm I previously worked for. Assurance Residential is a local company with an excellent history in the Atlanta area. Based on that recommendation I selected Assurance Residential to replace my roof which was the old Atlas chalet shingles. I was not disappointed. Matt was excellent in advising me of the process so there were no surprises in any aspect of the replacement. The crew was quick but meticulous and cleaned up beautifully after the job was completed. No stray roofing nails in the driveway or lawn. I especially appreciated that they did not use toe holds during the process, so no worry about leaks from unnecessary holes being put in the roof. I am more than satisfied with the job and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Honest professionals do still exist! A couple of weeks ago the Gwinnett area experienced a massive rain storm, and with the rain came my roof leak. Long story short, someone from perimeter roofing arrived, strode the roof and helped me make the call to the insurance company...he didn’t show to meet the adjuster and with the insurance claim being denied I still had a damaged and leaking roof. I came across Duane’s info via the same Facebook group. He came to take a look, noted that my boots were damaged and that he could quickly repair them. He literally dropped in the next day, let me know the cost of the supplies (because he was not trying to gouge me) and repaired the boots in less than 30 minutes..which was a blessing because we experienced additional rain two days later. He even explained to me the type of roofing structure I had, and assured me that I could reach out anytime if I had questions or needed a contractor for something completely unrelated to roofing. He even followed up after the fact to make sure we didn’t experience any other leak! I can’t wait to give him my business when the day comes that my insurance company actually does cover my new roof!

Service was complete within a couple days of initial phone call. Very well documented with photos when complete. great job!

Roof looks great and they got it done quickly after the hurricane. Problem was they left a trailer in my yard for two days because a truck broke. Then the final bill was more than quoted, as they supplemented items that were known to be needed prior to starting but they claim are not in the original quote. Also charged for extra decking that insurance says wasn’t proper. Update; Then after I was tired of arguing the price, I mailed a check to the address they gave me, only to have it be the wrong address. So, now there is a nearly $13,000 check floating around. So, I eat another $30 to cancel that check and write another.

I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat! I had a leak in my roof after a big storm and I made one phone call and these guys were at my house the same day. After an inspection, they came back and fixed the issue with no problems. They were punctual, honest, and efficient. After the job was done, they even cleaned up what little mess they made. I will be passing along their info to anyone in need of a reliable contractor. Thanks again to Duane and Blake!

Assurance Residential recently replaced my roof. Ian is not only very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was satisfied with the work and the customer service. Ian was even able to help get my roof replaced sooner than the date scheduled in the agreement. Ian knew I was concerned with an area on the roof that had been problematic and delivered sooner than expected.

Duane was just outstanding. He explained my options very well, was always on time, answered calls/texts quickly, and could not have been nicer. The price was fair and the workers were friendly and professional..what more can you ask from a vendor?
I rarely write reviews, which is a shame as they are so helpful. But I’m writing one now because my experience was that good.

These guys are great and thorough with their work! Came in once to access the issue and told us exactly what the issue was and what all will be required to fix it and next visit BAM all done and done perfectly! Thank you.. and I am sorry for the late review but you all are going to be my first call if something else ever goes wrong with my roof.

My experience with Duane was exceptional. I had a leak in my roof that needed repairing. I contacted several roofers to get estimates and Duane was by far the most professional and knowledgeable, not to mention giving me the best price. I have a hectic schedule but he was willing to work with me when I needed to reschedule a couple of times. He was able to quickly assess the problem and even fixed it that day while he was here! I mentioned another problem I was having with a leak around one of the second story windows and he went ahead and fixed that as well. I highly recommend this company based on the excellent customer service Duane provided.

We had an awesome experience with Matt Ramsey, of Assurance Residiential. He came out to give us a quote on new gutters, but we ended up getting gutters and a roof. He was not pushy AT ALL. We knew the roof needed to be done, but we didn’t think it was in our budget. Matt helped us through the insurance process so that we didn’t have to pay the full cost of our new roof. At the time of all the work, my husband was deployed in Afghanistan, and Matt even made an extra trip to our house to do a FaceTime call with my husband. Throughout the whole process, my husband (who normally handles these things) and I both felt informed and comfortable. In addition, we were having the exterior of our house painted at the same time. Matt was able to coordinate the removal of our old gutters, the new roof, and the installation of our new gutters all around the painting. The service was amazing and the work was top notch. I would recommend these guys over and over again.

i just had my roof replaced by Assurance Roofing and the overall experience was great. The salesman came and inspected my roof and found damage. He then met the insurance company there and got my roof approved for a new one. I left in the morning to go to work and came back to a new beautiful roof. There was no trash left behind and everything looked great. Could not be any happier. Great job guys.

I tried other companies but had a battle to get what I wanted in the contract which was step flashing, ridge vents, chimney cricket, etc. Kevin with Assurance Residential had all the good stuff already included at a fair price. The two roofs were done in one day including cleanup. No wonder GAF recommends them.
