Great service and would recommend for any roofing issues such as I had. We had a leaking roof vent and a few other issues. I had an estimate and the work completed within a week!

Fidelis (David) did a repair job for me a little over two years ago. I was very impressed with the professionalism of a company that I only got to know about because he was working on another roof in my subdivision. But I'm very glad I stopped him and asked for his services. Fast forward to two weeks ago when all the smoke detectors went off in my house and there was no fire. The fire department came out and saw I had a small leak that had dripped on one of the detectors and triggered all of the alarms to go off. I called Fidelis the next day and David was out the next morning - just as professional as I remembered him. I highly recommend Fidelis Roofing to anyone needing roof work done. Don't call anyone else!

David came out quickly and inspected our roof and determined there were minor repairs needed that would bring it back to a great roof. Honest! Reliable! Kind! Book these people! David and Team were beyond wonderful! We needed repairs done to our roof as part of a seller's agreement. I submitted a request for service in the AM and they responded minutes later. They scheduled a consultation to be done the next day (very fast) and they gave me an estimated cost over the phone prior to the appointment (so helpful). David ended up being in our area later than day so he stopped by and completed service. It was so easy and they were so great! One of the best experiences I've ever had for a service like this!

David was great. He came out right away, on a rainy Sunday morning to assess the problem and offer solutions. He diverted the leak and as soon as it was sunny again, he came and repaired everything right away. Pleasant, professional, punctual and priced right. What more could you want? Excellent company.

Called Fiedlis Roofing after a leak in 2 bedrooms. Did not expect same day service but David arrived within 20 minutes and took pictures of the roof and problems and swiftly repaired the problems before the rain expected the following day. Thank you David!

Highly recommend this company. They really care about your needs and willing to help you out. Devin came out and saw that I had a nail sticking out of my roof which was causing the leak. He was booked throughout the week so he couldn’t repair in that week. During that week we heavy rain was coming so Devin out a paste on the nail/hole so I would not get any more water damage in my house. The little things like this is what make a company great. Once he came out to work on the roof. Everything was done to the highest standard. I am going to be recommending this company to my friends and family

I had a leaky roof and had called another company to come fix it, but they weren't able to figure it out (and they charged me double what Fidelis did).
Dave came out to the house and figured it out in no time. Had some really heavy rains since then and there's no leak.

I have had a great roof repair experience with David at Fidelis. I initially went with a different roofing company when I needed repair work done (and they didn’t fix my leaking issues), so I regret not going with Fidelis from the very beginning.

Fidelis actually addressed my roof issues rather than pressure me to prematurely replace my entire 10 year old roof like many (many) other dishonest roofing companies I met with previously. Thankfully, David at Fidelis is diligent, hard working, has integrity, and a really nice guy. Rare qualities these days in Roofing it seems.

David answered my text regarding a leak in my roof. He came to my house within a few hours on the same day I contacted him. Inspection revealed a limb that had pierced the roof. He photographed the hole and gave me a quote for the job. I agreed to the price and he patched it quickly. After cleaning the roof of further debris he noticed and photographed three more holes. He patched those and completed all cleanup of roof and yard. He prepared an invoice in the amount of his original estimate, before fixing the last three holes. I insisted we increase the payment to cover the extra work. David is the most thorough, competent worker I have employed, and he backs it up with integrity of the highest order. Always great!

I hired Fidelis Roofing for the umpteenth time. They have serviced roofs of multiple rental properties that I own on lake Lanier. And I hired them more recently to do roof maintenance at my residence in Alpharetta. I had spoken to a couple of roofing companies and tried multiple suggestions concerning a leak in a bedroom. Finally, I called Fidelis. David was able to come out that same day and he was the first person who was completely honest. "How the water is getting in is a bit of a mystery. Your roof is in great shape on the surface. We're going to have to pull up that section." He explained the entire process step by step using photos he'd taken while up on my roof. He also pointed out some minor maintenance things that needed to be done. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about his trade. The office staff at Fidelis was just as professional. I received the written quote in a timely fashion, they addressed my concerns and informed me of the next steps. The day the work was to be done David and his crew showed up on time, completed the work, and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. The next day it rained all day and I'm happy to report the room is dry!!! Mystery solved...Thanks Fidelis!!!

Fidelis Roofing was prompt and professional not only with the free estimate, but also scheduling the actual repair work. David took the time to explain what he saw and took pictures to show me. I'm beyond satisfied! After wind storm came through, a sizable branch fell on our roof, causing a leak into one of our quest rooms. Not only was Fidelis Roofing & Repair responsive, but they came the same day we called! Not only that, they addressed our repair the same day at a competitive price which was more fair than what we were previously quoted. They also cleaned our gutters and left the roof looking brand new - not to mention blowing our driveway! We'll definitely be using Fidelis R&R if our roof is unfortunately damaged in the future.

I do not write many reviews. Dave is the third professional person who examined my roof. His inspection and excellent use of many pictures showed me the roof did not need to be replaced. His explanation of the situation was the only one not to rely on generalizations that the shingle in question (which is no longer made) needed to be replaced, and instead he looked the functional integrity of the roof. He was the only one to recommend minor shingle repair and some roof preventive care; which he decided to accomplish in the hot, afternoon sun, rather than risk the roof to another "pop-up" shower. Thanks to his expertise and honesty, the roof should last another five years, and with the recommended preventive care every five years, perhaps another five years after that. Dave not only saved me over $15,000, but I will look to him for any roofing questions/concerns I have in the future. I will be sure to tell my neighbors of my positive experience..

I was extremely pleased with the work of Dave at Fidelis Roofing in correcting my roofing problems. Dave, with over 40 years of roofing experience, was able to immediately identify and repair problems with the roof that would have caused major problems if left uncorrected. Fantastic company - very professional and the gentleman was very pleasant and efficient with the repair.
