I very pleased with the completion of my recent roof replacement project! My sales person and project manager, Alex Espana, was awesome! Professional, patient, and courteous, he kept me informed every step of the way and followed up afterwards as promised. That’s what I call outstanding customer service! That’s also why Alex came highly recommended and why I too recommended him and Golden America to everyone in need of a roof repair or replacement! I am completely satisfied with my new roof!

I had a few hiccups with my insurance Rep,.but Alex (my sales rep) took the lead from start to finish.

His excellent customer service skills made the process easy. He kept me updated with the progress and ensured I would be impressed with the outcome and I am!

He, as well as his team, are very professional and got the job done quicker than expected. My brother-in-law recommended him to me, and I already recommended him to my Bestie who’s in the pipeline for the near future. Thanks for the top notch service Alex!

It was a true pleasure working with this company. The owner, Alex, provided excellent customer service and his workmanship was commendable. He kept me abreast of all the issues and went over and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. I have referred him to my family and friends as I truly respect his business acumen and his exemplary customer service. He gave me a schedule before he began the work and stuck to it to get the work completed on time. His employees worked efficiently as well. Something very rare nowadays.
