My husband and I contacted Branden early last year as we were looking for a home builder. He answered quickly, professionally and was extremely attentive during our call. We scheduled a meeting with him the next day and knew we wanted to move forward with him as our builder. He was professional, honest and very knowledgeable during our consultation.

We received our bid shortly there after and started to work with a banker to secure a loan for the build. The Loan officer also informed us that Gold Sky is one of the best builders around as far as bids go and will not typically go over during the build process, as many builders do.

During the build process we did run into a few hiccups, but Branden was always very transparent and had options to resolve the problems.
We also had a direct line to Branden to ask questions or voice concerns via text or phone and were consistently responded to in a timely, professional manner.

We broke ground in July and have been moved in since January. Overall, working with Gold Sky was extremely easy and we would highly recommend considering them as your home builder. We will be employing Gold Sky when we build our next custom home.
