I love my new Trex deck. Compared to the old wooden deck, there’s no maintenance besides cleaning it. They were able to resurface my existing deck and add a step down to a lower level 20 x 18 additional deck, giving me multiple entertaining areas. Couldn’t be happier.

They came out in miserable weather to get the measurements to do my paver patio , if my project has the same attention as the planning and taking of the measurements I will be happy. So far so good. Finally they did a beautiful patio thanks Gold Potomac 100% recommend

More importantly, he said he wanted to EARN my business. He and his crew did. All i had to do was snap a few pics for my HOA. Deck Envy did the rest. Permits, drawings, materials list, all of it. Gold Potomac Construction Inc, led by Joel, did an excellent job repairing our fence. Our old fence was falling down, and they expertly installed 14 new posts and completed a gate repair. The entire process was smooth, thanks to their team's conscientious and careful approach, from providing the estimate to finishing the work. We're extremely pleased with how sturdy our fence is now and wholeheartedly recommend them for any fence, deck or patio needs.

We had area under our deck finished with new drainage and rocks. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely use them again!

I found Joel and his team on Facebook Marketplace where it is really hit or miss with contractors but these guys were definitely a HIT! I have high expectations and they met them with excellent communication, professionalism and work product. They built me a deck that is beautiful and will last for many years! Do not hesitate to hire these guys for your next project, I highly recommend them and am using them for several of my other projects so first come first served!
