Had a small leak in my roof that was letting water drip through the ceiling. I called Eric on Friday and he came over Saturday morning to take a look. He took pictures and thoroughly explained the problem and how he was going to do the repair. The cost to fix the problem was very reasonable and he even cleaned the gutters for me. I will definitely call him again for any roofing issues.

Highly recommend EJB Roofing! We had a damaged roof that was causing mold in our children’s rooms. Eric and his team handled the insurance, mold remediation, interior repair, and new roof. In less than two weeks, our kids were safely sleeping in their rooms again, we had a brand new roof, and you couldn’t tell any damage had occurred. He kept us updated at all times, walked us through a complicated insurance process, and was a pleasure to work with!

Was very pleased that Eric found a way to do just the repairs I needed. My other estimate was from a roofer who wanted to replace the entire gutter on my porch when only one section was damaged. Eric was able to find the original gutter guard we had used so he only needed to replace one small section of gutter that was damaged by a storm. Because he only repaired the broken section, his estimate was 1/3 of the other estimate I received. Eric was truly a pleasure to work with.

A friend referred me to EJB Roofing and I called them for a soffit repair. The owner stopped by to inspect and was able to make a quick repair for me, and also inspected my roof at no charge. He told me the roof was new and probably has about 15 years left before needing a replacement. The shingles are an older style that doesn't last as long as what he uses. I bought the house 2 years ago so I was not involved in selecting the existing roof. I was impressed by Eric's honesty and work ethic.

The first week of December, 2023, Eric Brunner answered the challenge to take off the old roof, including several squares of plywood decking and reroof the house before winter weather destroyed the interior! On December 8, 2023, he accomplished just that! With a crew of men on each side of the roof, working from 7am, to 6pm, the entire job was done! Eric is a terrific contractor to work with!

We had a storm pass through our area - North Bethesda. Eric came by to check if we needed some help. I allowed him to access our roof. He said that we had some damage. I told him that 2 years ago, our insurance refused to replace our roof. He told me that we can try to file a new claim. I was skeptical. We sat outside and I asked my insurance to speak with him (my contractor). We filed a claim. They sent adjuster, I called Eric and he was there in a few minutes. Two weeks after, we got a new roof!

Erik did an amazing job replacing our roof. Eric and his team install the roof in 2 days (our house is about 2700 sqft). We replaced the whole roof shingles as they were old and had lot of damages after 30 years use, mostly paid by our home owner insurance. Eric is very professional and reliable person. Our first contract was that we would use EJB only if they could successfully get full insurance payment, so there was no risk on us. First I was skeptical but eventually he did, and we paid only $2500 deductible for whole roof replacement. He did all negotiation with our insurance company. Eric was also true professional on roof; he answered all my questions I often asked (e.g., what is ridge vent, needed or not, how they water-seal roof edges, what to do with the special gutter we had). He also gave great guidance on selecting new singles with real samples. Their work quality was also excellent. Five or six workers came for three days and worked hard in cold weather. Eric also came everyday and explained to me the details they were working (e.g., replacing damaged plywood, putting additional water seal sheets, etc.). The finished roof is beautiful and we are very happy, with peace of mind of high quality work inside. We paid exactly as Eric promised. Thanks so much to Eric. I fully recommend EJB Roofing.

We had just moved into a new place and were worried about the roof, so we made an appointment with Eric to inspect it. He was very responsive and went out of his way to meet with us as soon as possible. He walked the whole roof and went in the attic to evaluate the roof. He could have totally taken us for a ride since we know nothing about roofing, but he took the time to explain everything and was honest and above board about the roof being adequate. We had gutter problems for a number of years and weren't quite sure of the cause- water was spilling off the roof and over the gutters. We became aware of EJB through a friend and asked them to give us a (free) assessment of our issue. Eric (owner) checked over the entire top of our house- the roof, gutters and looked at the way they worked together- he saw that our gutters were too small and offered to repair (at lower cost) or replace them with wider ones. We opted to have them replaced at a very reasonable price. Eric was personally involved in the work and kept us informed at each stage of the project. The work was completed in a couple of days and quality of work was outstanding.

We've been hounded by other roofing companies since we moved into our house and started to think there may be something seriously wrong with our roof. Eric came in with his team and did a free and thorough inspection of our roof.
