After the hailstorm in April, my tenant alerted me to potential roof damage, and I was suddenly faced with the possibility of replacing a five-year-old roof—from a distance, no less. I was anxious and unsure of where to begin or who to trust.

Our HOA provided a list of recommended contractors, and Goat Roofing was one of two companies I contacted. Brandon from Goat Roofing promptly reached out and introduced himself. Within hours, he provided a detailed estimate.

From the start, Brandon impressed me with his knowledge of the roofing process and how to navigate insurance claims. He was incredibly responsive throughout—answering questions, providing updates, and clearly laying out next steps. I genuinely felt like he was advocating on my behalf with the insurance adjuster.

GOAT Roofing proposed using Owens Corning shingles due to their durability and superior resistance. They completed the job in one day, took great care of our property and surroundings, thoroughly cleaned up all debris at the end of the day, and left us with a brand-new roof that looks fantastic.

Goat Roofing came by and offered a free inspection on my roof and due to some recent storms we allowed them to check it out for us. After a thorough inspection, he let us know that our roof was in good condition, and also showed us some pictures so we could see for ourselves. Very happy with how they conducted business.

I had Goat come out and check my roof for damage before filing a claim and after being up on my second story roof and doing an inspection, he came down and let me know that I actually did not need to file a claim because my shingles were holding up well, and that they still had years of life left in them. Goat Roofing walked me through the entire roofing process, showing me patience when I had lots of questions about insurance billing. The project lead was on-site throughout, sending me updates as they went. The project lead reviewed everything with me, made sure to take care of concerns. I've had several neighbors who know quite a bit about construction end up using him because they did such a great job. Overall it was a seamless and low stress experience for a high stress job, with a high quality output. I'd absolutely recommend Goat Roofing to anyone going forward.
