GM Roofing & Gutter Topper

GM Roofing installed a new roof on my house August 2023. The new roof looks great, makes my house look so much better. They did what they said they would. When they said they would, and some extra’s.

In my 50 years of dealing with contractors, I have never seen a contractor clean up after themselves as well as they did. Didn’t even have to pick up one nail !

In these times, it’s really great to find a company that is so professional to deal with.

My husband had called due to us having roof damage from the recent storms we had. We were told they would come out the next day to inspect it. They were not able to come the next day, but did come the following day.during the inspection, it was determined that we would need a new roof, the gentleman did reattach some of the shingles that were blown off. My husband was told by the new owner that we would have an estimate that next week. The new owner did not call with an estimate when we were told he would. My husband called him to try to get the estimate and was told that he was blowing up his phone and was nasty and said if I call back again, he would not give me an estimate. We would not recommend this company since the ownership has changed. we called three other companies and got estimates in a very timely fashion. We are now the owners of a roof done by Bowling roofing and we would definitely recommend them.
