We had a door that was sticking in our house and none of my solutions worked. Called Chad and schedule an appointment to get it taken care of. Anthony and Chris came out and did a great job getting our door fixed. Great communication throughout the whole process, showed up when they said they would, and great quality work.

I recently contacted Ginter Services for a quote for a whole house gutter system (Open system and a solid system) I wasn’t sure which I would need. Anyw,ay, I received the following quote. Now, when I got it I had to look at it twice, and then a third, and then a fourth time. I wanted to make sure that what I was looking at was real. Are you ready? The quote i received was $48,450.00 for a gutter system of 150 linear feet!!! You read that right $48,450.00!!! And get this — they wanted a deposit of $24,245.00 up front!!!!! I have a single family home of 2500 sq ft. This was outrageous!!!! Although I know that my family will not pay this or hire this company, I’m afraid to think that this has happened to someone before and someone might have paid sadly paid that kind of money. It’s a shame.!!! How can they boast of have 5 stars with that kind of irresponsible salesmanship. Wow!!! It’s getting harder and harder to find a honest business.

We had Ginter fix uneven flooring in our family home and we were very impressed with their service! They were very professional, responsive, and friendly. They did a phenomenal job. 10/10 recommend!

Chad was able to fix our plumbing issue same day. He was able to replace our upstairs carpet with LVP and fixed our downstairs ceiling. Overall easy to communicate with and reliable. We will be using them again!

Had water damage in my kitchen on ceiling they fixed the damage and painted.
You can't even tell where the damage was. Very professional and cleaned up after job was completed.

Ginter Service did a great job helping us get our house ready to put on the market! They painted our shutters and made them look like new. They soft washed the vinyl siding which made it look much better. They also fixed a connection pipe that was broken and prevented us from using one of our hoses. We are very grateful for his hard work! We wouldn’t have been ready on time without their help! I recommend highly them!

Used this company to fix rotted brick molding and to replace gasket on garage door frame. Very satisfied with both jobs & he showed up on time for both estimate and day of job.

Had plumber changing out toilet for new one and found out sub flooring underneath toilet was rotting. I call and he came out same day and fix flooring. Did a great job and even added support boards for better strength. Having him come back to replace bathroom floor.

I highly recommend Ginter Services for your handyman projects! Chad Ginter fixed some loose siding on the side of our house and repaired wood rot with PVC on a garage side door frame. Additionally, he researched a problem we were having with rain dripping through the transom above our front door and created a solution to prevent the leaking from recurring. He is easy to communicate with, reliable in arriving on time, and offers fair prices.

I was searching for someone to install a range hood that required some minor carpentry. Chad was the first to respond back and even came the very next morning (Sunday) to take a look. He was able to complete the job the following day which we were very satisfied with. I even asked if he had any availability in his schedule to trim 3 new doors that were too long for the doorways and he did them the same day. Highly recommend!

Ginter Services did an amazing job!!! Chad removed sod/grass for the pathway for our future fire pit area. Furthermore, he cleared out two very overgrown flowerbeds and used his stump grinder for the stumps I wanted gone from our yard. He also hung shelves in our house. Chad did a great job trimming some large branches that were overhanging my house. He also carried them away and cleaned my gutters while he was at it. Great job and a great guy! highly recommended!

Reached out on a Sunday and Chad came by right away to give me a quote and then came back within days to remove junk from our yard quick and efficiently. We talked about a few more projects and will schedule those soon too.
