He was incredibly professional, reached out after a storm. He came and checked the roof. Told us everything looked good and didn’t need repair. Then went ahead and cleared some hard to access gutters for us. We’ve saved his contact and will definitely be calling him for future repairs.

It is extremely rare to find a businessman who has a natural affection for honesty and who loves people more than he loves money. I found Gideon by word of mouth. My roof was damaged from the May 28, 2024 storms that passed through the DFW area. Water was leaking inside the house from the roof. I called a few roof repair companies and they were not able to get to me before the next storm was expected. A good friend of mine gave me Gideon’s contact info. I contacted Gideon the morning of May 29. He said that he had some jobs already lined up in my area and he was able to come later that same day. My first impression was that he is a firm handshaker who looks you in the eye. After I told him the issue, he went on the roof, recorded what he saw, and came down to show me the recording. After I agreed to allow him to fix the issue he went straight to work. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will not go in to detail of what all he did, but I will say that he truly did more than anyone else would have done. On top of that, he didn’t charge a crazy amount of money for his service. His price was very reasonable. I never write reviews but I believe that other people who are looking for an honest hard worker should know about his service. I would love to give more than 5 stars because he is highly recommended. I can’t thank Gideon enough.

One of the best guys I know. Had some roofing guys knock on my door and tell me how bad of shape my roof was in and that I needed a new one. I wanted a second opinion so Gideon came by. He made a few repairs for me and let me know it's good to go for now. I really appreciate his honesty and not recommending a whole roof replacement when it's not necessary. Gideon was a referral from a friend. So I called him to help me figure out where my leak was coming from that came through our dining room ceiling after the hard rain last week. He came that same day after 5:00. He noticed the problem right away and because it was an easy fix he spent the next 40 minutes caulking over some places that needed it. I asked him how much I owed him and he wouldn't take payment. He was very skilled to find it easily as another guy couldn't find the problem earlier in the day and then he took action and because it was an easy fix decided not to charge me. He is honest and has integrity along with skill!! That is impossible to find these days. I highly recommend him and will call him myself with any future roof needs! We live in Prosper and three nights ago we had straight line winds that were around 75 mph. It ended up taking a part of our roof shingles and started leaking rain into our house so needless to say I needed someone to repair it for me and quick. I called Gideon that next morning and not only did they come that day but the work has been completed 2 days later and all my vent stacks and hvac vents re painted. It looks awesome!!! They were fabulous to deal with and incredibly fast and clean. I will recommend them to everybody forever!!!

They swept our yard multiple times to make sure no nails were left behind. We had a windy night last night and I slept great not hearing the turbine above my room. It was amazing. Gideon is an honest and reliable roofer. He replaced our roof when we had hail damage and worked with our insurance company to get our claim paid. But most of all, his customer service is off the charts. He also goes out of his way to make sure every detail is taken care of. He also hired contractors on our behalf to replace our windows and gutters and fix our air conditioning vents. We would recommend him to anyone and would gladly use him again if needed. We've had our new roof for about 3 months with no issues.

Gideon came out and did a great job of preventive maintenance. You really need to have someone inspect your roof every two to three years.

My sister called Gideon Roofing and he came right away and he inspected my moms house he went up to the attic and came back and told us it was some nails for when someone else had installed the roof and it finally leak because they had not patch up some nails! I was getting a quote from an insurance company that sent Gideon to inspect my roof. I was appreciative that he called to inform me he was on his way, but I was most impressed that he called to tell me the flashing around the chimney was loose, so with my permission, he nailed it down, sealed some vents, and repainted everything to make it look good again. This was going way above and beyond! Whether or not I switch insurance companies, I will call Gideon with any roof repairs I ever need!

Gideon was recommended to me from another roofer I previously used and trusted. He really took care of us and helped us navigate our extremely difficult insurance company. The quality of the work was great, and I appreciate his responsiveness despite our repairs not being a big ticket item (full roof repair, etc.). Contacted the company to perform and inspection of my 2 year old roof. During inspection it was determined a ridge vent was not properly installed and needed to be replaced. The team came back the next day and took care of business right away.
