Hired Dan and GetPro to finish my basement. Dan was excellent from start to finish not leaving until I was 100% satisfied with the end result. Dan communicated progress and provided regular updates around scheduling and I never had to worry about the progress or job. Made an appointment last week to have an estimate to have some painting done at my Son, and Son in laws home.
They were supposed to be out today between 12:00 and 12:30
At 12:25 I received a cancellation text.
The “ had an emergency”.
I think they should have already been here, or in route. Lame excuses annoy me. I would definitely not recommend them.
It probably saved us a bunch of headaches in the future, if that s is how they conduct business.
They just lost an almost guaranteed job, as we were doing this as a gift to our kids.

Hire them!! I met with Mike the president personally when looking for a quote for Great Lakes Water Authority. Very professional and was quick. There were some delays due to a staff change but it was handled and the job was done exactly as needed. I will be working with GetPro again definitely think it’s worth the time.

Really great to work with , Mike and Abe were extremely helpful and accommodating . A bit of confusion in our initial communications as I was trying to manage for my mother in law whose house was being painted. The on site team were unaware of some requests I had with Mike and Abe but were resolved quickly. Their quality of work and service was excellent and the pricing was super competitive.
