Georgia Restoration was great to work with.  Their price was fair and their service was beyond our expectations.  I would recommend Georgia Restoration to anyone with home improvement needs.

Georgia Restoration did a fantastic job redesigning my driveway. The original was not functional and Jim did a great job redesigning it. He kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone was professional, on time and the price was reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

What Chase promised would take a day took 3 visits from him and his contractor. They left a mess, damaged our stairs, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and integrity when Chase showed up a 4th time with the sole intent to walk away from the job and leave us with a incomplete job.

Not professional.
Not quality work.
Not done on time.
Salesmen who don’t actually know the work, just how to get the job by empty words.

Don’t risk the stress. Find another company.

Very professional with great attention to detail. Made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Highly recommend. Chase is on top of everything and makes sure you’re happy with the job.

The job was to patch and repair a few drywall patches in the ceiling due to a roof leak, paint the ceiling and the living area.

The problems (the big ones):

1. Unprofessional and will say what they need to to get the job. The "second mile service" and "customer care" is shallow and empty.
2. The job was said to take a day. The subcontractor was in and out and barely present, disregarding the repair while the painters painted. They had to return 3 times due to the horrible job. The repair was not fixed, and still isn't. See pictures to see what the ceiling still looks like after they chose to walk away from the job and leave us be.
3. Property damage / lack of care for my home. They dropped paint and stain over our driveway, on our stairs (which was attempted to be wipe off with something that removed our stain. Stairs are less than two years old). Our inside hardwood floor was also stained with paint and mudding.
4. They did not move our furniture back, as promised, nor did they cover it for the sanding / drywall work. Our floors are scratched from them just sliding the furniture and not using pads or simply picking up the furniture. I would have rather moved it myself, however, I was told it would be taken care of.
5. Honestly, the way this "ended" is still insane for me to think about. After dealing with Chase the whole time, he walks in for the 4th visit after the previous 3 attempts to do the job, and he doesn't even look at the ceiling and the problems with their work. Instead, he insists we sit down and he proceeds to FaceTime his father, who I had no idea even existed at this point, and his father proceeds with the negotiation without letting Chase speak hardly at all.

Truly bizarre and I wish no other person has to deal with the stress this company caused my wife and I. They showed no accountability for their actions or mess-ups.

Complete lack of integrity and professionalism, run to another contractor and avoid Georgia Restoration Inc at all costs.

I recently had Ga Restoration install a vent to the outside when replacing my above-the-range microwave. Chase was very informative, honest and detailed in his services. He & Jose worked through problem-solving the fit ending up with a great installation and a fan that quietly pulls cooking smells out instead of back into the kitchen! This is the third job I’ve had Ga Restoration do for my home and I’d call Chase back out again without hesitation.

I think a lot of Chase since he installed a new roof on my House back in 2016. He also went out his way to inslulate my attic himself and did a Great job. My recomendations to anyone is to give him a chance and I'm sure you wont go wrong.

Georgia Restoration is an outstanding company and one I would highly recommend. Chase is very professional and does high quality work at a reasonable price. I had Chase replace the roof on my rental, perform roof maintenance on my house as well as my son’s home. The work done was impeccable. Chase provides and honest assessment of the roof, only does what is necessary and has the owners best interest in mind. Every time we had a “down pour” rain our roof leaked because of the vents, Chase and his team came out and fixed the problem! The best part of all, he came to the job When he said he would, and gave us a price, and showed up and did the work.

I've used Georgia Restoration on two occasions. The first was a roof leak and the second a complete roof replacement. Chase was professional from start to finish and explained the process thoroughly. I felt he cared about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the finished product. If you are looking for a great roofing company I would definitely check them out.

Contacted Chase on a Saturday and explained that my roof had a leak near my solar tube. He indicated that he could come look at the repair on Sunday(the next day). Who does that? He assessed the situation and recommended that we reinforce the seal around the tube. He also did a complete inspection of the roof and pointed out other areas that needed to be sealed. Chase was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use his services again.

I have my roof inspected by my house buyer, they came with some repairs recommendations and a big bill by his trusted company. Georgia Restoration had replaced my next door neighbor roof a few week prior this inspection, so I called Chase to double check the other roof company’s estimate. Chase end up getting all of the work done for half of the price and on time. I strong recommend you to have your roof inspected by Georgia Restoration before you close any deal with a different company. Chase will guide you throughout the process of fixing your roof properly, professionally and for the right price.

They are the best roofers, did everything in a day.
Day one they bring the dumpster, day two they do the whole roof and take away dumpster. They are very good, didn't have any issues. And very knowlegable in roofs. They even painted the new vents on top to match the color. I highly would recommend them to anyone and they work with your insurance.
