Great group of contractor's, once they started keep project constantly moving forward. All the contractors had positive attitudes, and we're always available to answer any of my questions. The outcome of my property was fantastic. Enjoyed all the the new and repaired items from the fire. Highly recommend them.

They installed a vinyl plank floor throughout my living room, breakfast room, kitchen, laundry room and 1/2 bathroom. They were professional and timely and super nice. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them for any project.

I contacted George Owen Construction about getting my back porch screened. They replied promptly, gave me a proposal I thought was reasonable, and completed the work. In addition, they installed new locks on my doors for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with their work and will call them again if a need arises.

Small addition & worth noting . . . A couple months after moving in I had a problem with my drain line that was not the fault of George Owen Construction. Nevertheless, they stepped up and did everything required to get the city to fix it quickly and free of charge. Really impressive! Thank you!

I had a concrete slab floor done in my sunroom.I then had them them stain the slab and seal my stamped concrete patio.Everything was neatly done in a professional and timely manner.I highly recommend this company.

Longs Paving (now under the ownership of George Owen Construction) paved our lot here at Dutchway in Stuarts Draft.
The work was excellent and clean.
I recommend their paving services, and have personally known Phillip Brown (the owner) for over 15 years.

New Update (2nd Project):
We chose GOC for a project. And once again we are highly pleased with the work. Philip Brown and his GOC team (Paul, Brian, Eddie...) installed a wood plank LVT floor and hard wood staircase to replace WtW carpet in our basement. The floor and stairs look exactly as we'd imagined. It is now a family friendly living space. And, as usual their communication was timely and accurate and all expectations were set and delivered.

The GOC organization, and their subs recently completed a deck roofing, screening and electrical installation project for our home. The job was completed expediently, and within the budget estimate. All subs were thorough, and removed all residual scrap and materials when finished. Each team involved was informative as to the work they were handling. Most importantly Philip Brown fully communicated all the job start, and finish timelines on a regular basis. There was no wondering what was next and when. You can fully believe this group to say what they can do, and do what they say. Trust your home to this top notch organization.
